Nice place, good oceanside view looking south. Tiny bathroom with dark shower.No beach towels furnished so if you fly in...Mostly quiet.

We had a great day. The condo was perfect and just steps away from the beach. If we ever come back to Amelia Island, we would rent this condo again!

The condo was small, but clean,comfortable,and nicely furnished with a balcony offering a beautiful ocean view, in a natural beach setting. The check in process was smooth but check out felt very pushy and rushed. A 10 am checkout seemed early for a vacation property. However, multiple emails urging us to be out before 10:00 to allow housekeeping to clean the condo and wanting an estimate of when we were leaving were very off-putting. It colored the overall experience and did not feel hospitable.

Great view and morning sunrises!! Easy access to pools and the beach. Dunes were gorgeous!!! Restaurants on the island were very good and the downtown Cevtre Street shops were really quaint. Amelia Island is a Keeper!!

Location and amenities were perfect

Very comfortable, though would recomment new carpeting in bedroom and some updating of bath. Was very nice to have full washer and dryer in the unit. Very nice stay

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the best time at Amelia Surf and Racquet!! The condo was clean and convenient. Perfect for our family of 4! We were close enough for a quick trip to enjoy downtown as well! We'll defbe back!

Amelia Beachfront

We had a great time at a condo right on the beach. We were close to the condo’s pool as well. The view was great! We really enjoyed the balcony. My family had a great time!

All good except for extended stay seating for meals was limited. Counter stools not usable since knees wouldn’t fit under counter. Dining table too small to hold dishes and bowls for two.

Last Minute Getaway

My wife and I made our plans at the last minute and enjoyed our stay. This property has gated access, is quiet, and has nice views of the pool and ocean. It is well appointed and comfortable.

Good for a long weekend.

Really nice view from the living room and balcony. Convenient location with easy beach access. The washer and dryer location was a little loud. Good experience overall.

Great location.

Great view of the ocean and great location. Only recommendation would be to have a walkway ramp to the beach. The stairs were fine but if you have a beach cart or wagon it is a little difficult carrying down the steps.

Great location!

This condo is in the perfect location, and great for a small family. We loved the views from the living room and balcony, and the room had everything we needed! Only thing I would recommend would be upgrading sofa bed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. My kids and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely

This is our third time here at this condo and we always have a spectacular time. We love the location of the condo, decor, views, property and location to the beach and town activities. Highly recommend. We’ll be back for more R & R!
