- Entirely new first floor bathroom
- Refinished hardwood floors throughout
- New Washer/Dryer
- New dining room set and light fixture and in-ceiling lighting
- Fresh coat of paint in 75% of the house
- New furniture in upstairs bedroom
- 2 new couches in living room (one is a queen pullout bed with an upgraded mattress)
- Upgraded WiFi
- Digital thermostats

We rent on a weekly, Sunday to Sunday basis in the summer, so you can avoid the traffic of the Saturday rentals, with a 7 night minimum during the summer season. Off-season rentals are a minimum of 2 nights.

The house is 2 short blocks to the beach. A half block to the bay where we watch the sun set with a cool cocktail in hand...

We had a fantastic stay! The kids absolutely loved it, and so did we. The house is in a great location—quiet, yet super convenient for getting to the boulevard or heading back to the mainland. It’s deceptively spacious inside, very clean, and thoughtfully organized. Everything was easy to find and use, which made settling in a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, beautiful house with tons of room. My kids loved being able to ride their bikes up to the beach and up to the shops. We enjoyed our time despite the weather, it didn’t stop us! The host is very helpful and wonderful correspondence. We are definitely booking next year! Thank u!

Excellent stay in every way!

We were so pleased with everything about this home! It’s much bigger than the pictures imply and it was so comfortable and clean. It had a cozy feeling but at the same time it was spacious and airy. Great location too! We will absolutely rent again!

Great Week at Ship Bottom

The house was as described, but better. It had big common areas and kitchen. The beds were comfortable. AC window kept the house comfortable. We liked the large living room. Easy walk to beach and stores.

Charming House with Great Location

Betsy was welcoming and responsive before and throughout our stay. The home was lovely with a great backyard to enjoy the weather in. While all houses on the island are a short walk from the beach, Betsy’s is also close to restaurants and shops in Ship Bottom. The beach passes made beach days easy! Four of us were very comfortable in the home. A larger group may be a bit cramped. An excellent house for a great beach trip!

Loved the location and the house

We loved the location. We could walk to the bay to see the ducks gif the 1 year old. The miniature golf was 2 blocks away and so was the ice cream store and the Italian restaurant. We walked to the beach which was 2 blocks away. The house was a great set up for us. The kids were upstairs with their parents and we were in the bedroom in the first floor. The house has everything you need in the kitchen with a big dining room table. Would definitely go back again.

everything about our stay great with two major exceptions. 1. the large bed in front upstairs bedroom was extremely uncomfortable. Get a thicker mattress. 2. purchase a new elongated comfort level toilet upstairs. We are both in our 80s. extremely difficult to use

Great for kids and todders!

I highly recommend this home for anyone with children of all ages. There is a very nice high chair and pack and play available (both very clean and like new). There are plenty of toys that my daughter loved exploring, there is also safety gates available in the upstairs closet, as well as arts and crafts supplies for kids in the dining room hutch. There are plenty of games and movies available to use. There was even outlet protectors next to the outlets! We never got a chance to go to the 18th street playground and bay beach, but it was nice to have it nearby. It's a close walk to the beach, and there's even a great toy store down the street. We loved the outdoor shower, and the open and bright front room. The only thing I will comment on is that the home has been lifted since the pictures were taken, so if anyone is not as able bodied it might be hard for them to climb the stairs.

Charming house, great location

Charming house, great location. The place was attractive and comfortable for my wife and myself, my daughter and son-in-law, our two grandkids ages eight and five, along with my brother. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was a pretty short walk to the beach, as well as to the bay. It was also within walking distance of pretty much everything you would need other than the islands one real supermarket which is quite a distance away. We had a very enjoyable week there and would be happy to stay again at this house.
