FALL IS BEAUTIFUL AT THE BEACH!

Looking to get some beach time in during the off season?

Welcome to 23 Carolina Street, one of Dewey Beach’s beautiful Beach Block homes capturing the charm of classic coastal beach living.

This beautiful home is located on the ocean block of Carolina Street. Early morning walks on the beach, a full day of sand and surf or a quiet evening watching the sunset are only 3 minutes away!

A spacious 18 x 22 ft. screened porch is great for entertaining with large seating & dining area. Five-bedrooms, three full and one 1/2 bath and additional indoor living /dining area with 12-foot vaulted ceilings, stunning hardwood floors. There is also a portable crib and high chair for guest use.

All reservations will require a lease with the owner of the property and accidental damage insurance for the stay. This lease will be provided via DocuSign for review and signature.


Our NEW POOL will add to your wonderful stay on Carolina Street!

Pool heat is available during the cooler spring/fall months. There is a $25/day charge for pool heat for stays less than 7 days. There is a $150/week charge for 7 day reservations. Please notify us when you book or at least 7 days before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during cooler weather. Pool heat is not normally needed from early June to late August. This charged will be added to your reservation. Pool is open from late March to mid October--weather dependent.

Also outside enjoy a beautiful patio w/dining, sitting area and firepit or the back deck with an outdoor shower.

We do provide sheets and bath towels during the summer season for reservations from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. We also provide a small amount of soap and paper products to get you started!

We do allow up to two dogs for your stay. Pricing is $450 per dog for one week and will be added to your reservation. We allow a maximum of two dogs.

Off Season Notes and Pricing: Sheets and Bath Towels are NOT provided during the off-season (after Labor Day to before Memorial Day)--Guest must provide or order from a service. Guests always provide beach towels.

Pricing during the off season is for groups of 7 or less. Please ask for adjusted rates for more than 7 guests. There is a 3 night minimum stay during the off season--After Labor Day to Memorial Day.

Ask about 8+ nights discount during the off season!

Pool is available from late March/early April to mid-late October--based on weather so this is not a set schedule.

The house was the perfect house at the beach. We loved the variety of dining tables to choose from: one in the kitchen/living room area, one in the screened in porch, and one on the patio near the pool. The living areas were very comfortable, as were the bedrooms, both spacious enough for our party of 8. A highlight was the pool - with a very shallow low end where our 3 year old granddaughter could wade and get comfortable with the water. The beach is a short 5 minute walk and you do not have to cross a road to get to it. Kim was a very kind, pet friendly host.

Amazing location and so cozy!

Our family had such a relaxing time together staying at Rehoboth by the sea / ( Sweet Caroline). The home was so clean, cozy and so close to the beach.

Charming Get Away, Perfect for a Family

Our stay here was very quaint and pleasant, and the interior decor of the house was welcoming and enjoyable. Beds were great, and the layout of the house with the open air porch/hallway was an interesting and refreshing way to experience the lovely weather at the beach.

The house is amazing -- well stocked, uniquely laid out, spatious yet cozy, short (and kid-safe) walk to the beach, walkable to Rehoboth boardwalk, etc. We had a fantastic time.

Perfect beach house

Perfect beach house - quiet street, right at the beach, very comfortable house all on one level with plenty of living room, both inside and expansive outside living space with full roof/furniture and full screening.

Sweet cottage

Cottage is very pretty and in a great location! The outdoor screened in porch was by far our favorite room! The location was fabulous because we could walk to both Rehobeth and Dewey Beach.

Perfect vacation rental

Loved this place. The set up was perfect. We spent most of our time in the enclosed porch which was large and super cozy. I was thankful for the beach chairs since we had no room to bring any.
