Paradise Found: Spacious & Comfortable Hawaiian Cottage

Spacious, well-appointed comfortable cottage in a lovely garden setting has two large, well-appointed, sunny king and twin bedrooms, a large primary bath and a fully remodeled, enlarged guest bath. Bedroom walls are sound-proofed - no shoji doors. A large, enclosed lanai features ample dining, seating areas, a bicycle barn, with an adjacent open, covered lanai for sunset views. A sparkling heated pool is 20 steps from the lanai door. Ceiling fans, portable fans, and an abundance of windows keep the cottage cool and comfortable - no AC. Our well-appointed kitchen, barbecue grill, comfy seating areas and beds make the cottage a perfect home away from home. Kahekili Beach Park, one of Maui’s best, is just a 10-minute walk across the street. A protected marine park, Kahekili has excellent snorkeling, lawns, tree shade, showers, a bathroom and picnic gazebo. A 20 minute stroll along the lovely pathway south leads to Ka’anapali Beach. The cottage location is an easy, quick access by car to Napili, Kapalua, Lahaina. It’s an affordable paradise setting in a world-class destination!

Beautiful, relaxing cottage

the cottage was beautiful, perfect location close to parking and pool, quick walk to beautiful beaches for snorkeling as well as boogie boarding. The hosts were communicative and kind. We would love to return!

Peaceful vacation spot

We stayed for four nights and had a very pleasant time. Just stop for some groceries and check in because everything else is already here. Easy walk to the beach and a short drive to anything else that you might need. We will definitely stay here again

What an amazing place

We had a wonderful time the 5 of us. The place was comfortable and quiet. We were walking distance from the beach and could use everything to enjoy a great day there. I would definitely come back. Thank you again for your hospitality

Wonderful stay at the cottage

We had an amazing stay. It had everything we needed and more! The cottage was set up really well and had lots of room for our family of four. We appreciated all ‘the little things’ the cottage had to offer, and especially the beach chairs, towels, cooler and umbrella for our beach days (on the most fantastic beach across the street) or for one of our day trips. All communications with the host before and during our stay were excellent. We would most definitely stay again! Thank you.

Wonderful cottage

My son and I enjoyed the cottage and easy access to all areas of West Maui. The cottage was impeccably clean and property was very quiet.

Gorgeous Cottage

We had a lovely stay in the cottage, it is so well stocked with all the essentials, we loved the pool and the beautiful grounds. The cottage is really spacious and the location close to the beach, the golf course and Lahaina is perfect. We also massively appreciated the late checkout on our last day - thank you!

Perfect for a family stay on Maui's Ka'anapali coast!

We had a great stay here! Beautiful home... clean and we'll kept up. Great location to nearby beaches, wonderful swimming pool, all the gear one could possibly need to venture out for the day, bikes and more. When we return to Maui we will definitely stay here again! Mahalo for everthing!

The safety of being in a community with the privacy of a cottage. We were very content here. It's spacious, the views are beautiful and it's centrally located to get everywhere. Definitely a feel good spot.

Maui cottage

Great cottage close to the beach. We loved all the well-screened louvered windows that allowed a cool breeze to constantly flow through the house. Well stocked kitchen. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the beaches. Short drive to Lahaina. Ocean views, large lanai. Great place!

We loved it!

Comfy, spacious, quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the green cottage. The place was very well stocked. It felt very spacious for 4 adults. We used the nearby pool, ate in the lanai and slept well. It was 45 minutes from the Kahalui airport and close to Lahaina and beaches. Thanks for a memorable stay!

shaka second stay

Our second stay at this cottage was as "shaka" (which means great) as the first has been. Lots of space, clean, next to the refreshing pool and in beautiful and well kept surroundings. Parking next to the cottage. All in all a great location for your vacation plus supernice owners!

Doesn’t get much better

From the morning birds and breezes to the lanai dinners and sunsets and everything in between, this cottage is just wonderful! It’s quiet and the beds were super comfy. Didn’t need any A/C (fans and cross breezes were plenty) and the house was fully equipped. I can’t thank you enough for 12 nights of bliss spent with my family (myself, husband, and 2 teenage sons). We will be back!!

Perfect cottage for families

Suzanne was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. This cottage has everything you can possibly imagine! There is no air conditioning but we never felt hot and the breeze that flowed through was so relaxing. The kitchen is full sized and was great for making meals. There are several beaches in the area and the roads around the place were very easy to navigate. We will be staying here again on our next trip! Thank you so much for providing a place to stay that made everything perfect!

We began our extensive search for the perfect family property in 2013 and found it at the low-density, quiet International Colony Club with its 10 acres of lovely tropical gardens and two heated pools, a relaxed setting, friendly ambience, and a roomy cottage where we can spread out with family and friends, and enjoy spectacular sunsets from our enclosed lanai. We wanted the perfect beach across the street for snorkeling, swimming, strolling at sunset. Paradise found!

Easy-access, large, comfortable private cottage with nearby free parking and next to heated pool in a lovely complex adjacent Royal Kaanapali golf course for all types of travelers and adventurers. The property is close to everything north and south of Kaanapali. The cottage’s beds are comfortable with quality linens, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of good cookware, quality cutlery, coffee grinders, coffee maker, rice cookers, baking ware, ice crusher for your sunset beverage on the spacious enclosed lanai. High-speed WiFi . Four comfy lounging areas with airy, sunny windows. One large enclosed lanai; for dining along with a relaxing sitting area; a separate smaller open lanai is great for morning coffee and sunset beverages. The cottage is fan-cooled by six ceiling fans along with extra fans for your comfort. The cottage does not have air conditioning. Beach towels, wheeled ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a Weber Spirit II gas barbecue and more are for our guests to enjoy a great vacation. Both lanais offer complete privacy with sunset views. Our spacious cottage is a well-maintained, clean, comfortable home away from home. NOTE: This is a quiet complex with strict rules for quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Pool rules and safe behaviors are clearly designated with signage. We expect respectful behaviors to preserve the quiet ambience that makes the International Colony Club a memorable place to stay. Mahalo!
