Welcome to Magnolia Breeze, a stylish single-level Sarasota retreat just 10 minutes from world-famous Siesta Key Beach. Relax beside your private screened pool, unwind on the spacious covered lanai, or enjoy cocktails and dinner outdoors while overlooking peaceful Phillippi Creek.

Inside, you'll find three beautifully decorated bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully remodeled kitchen, original terrazzo floors and comfortable living spaces designed for relaxing together. The home sleeps six and includes four Smart TVs, high-speed WiFi and everything you need for an easy Florida getaway.

We make beach days easy too, with beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler and beach cart provided. Back at home, enjoy pool loungers, outdoor seating & dining, a bar area and plenty of space to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Great house!

We as a family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful house and it had everything we needed inside to make our stay very easy and very comfortable. It was a short drive to Siesta Key beach too which was very nice. We would definitely stay again and we suggest to everyone!

Wonderful getaway

The property was spotless and very well stocked with everything we could have wanted. Private pool area and lanai was great for relaxing after a long day of adventure. Easy access to Beaches, Mote, and restaurants. Love this area and really enjoyed the house. Would definately recommend and stay there again.

Excellent location!

Excellent location-close to everything including the beach! Loved the pool with the side entrances so sand didn’t have to be tracked indoors. Property was clean-only issue was ants on the bathroom and bedroom door frames. We enjoyed our stay :)

We loved the house it was so nice and comfortable!

We had a great time,the house was in such a good location close to shopping and beaches. It was well decorated , enjoyed the pool and out door space.Their was everything that you could need !The kitchen was well equipped.Hope we will be able to come back and stay again!

Comfortable and clean

The house was very clean inside and the management was great. We especially enjoyed the patio area and spent most out time there. The area was quiet and the location was close to every thing we needed. The house could use a little updating but, it was comfortable, clean and met out needs.

Fall get away

We totally enjoyed our stay. Loved having the private pool to relax by. Very quiet neighborhood. Added feature we didn’t expected were to hear the many birds, watch the turtles sun bathe and the antics of the tiny lawn lizards!

I love how incredibly convenient Southgate is. We're less than 15 minutes from Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, Lakewood Ranch and Gulf Gate, with great restaurants, bars and shopping close by. Yet when you come home, it feels peaceful and residential.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Magnolia Breeze is colorful, comfortable and full of our personality—not a generic vacation rental. My favorite part is the private screened pool and huge covered lanai, with plenty of space to relax, dine and enjoy a drink at the bar. It's so peaceful that some days you may decide the best place to go in Sarasota is nowhere at all!
