Perched proudly above the beach, this all-suite penthouse boasts glorious ocean views from the private balcony. Walk to the warm sand and rolling waves on the private boardwalk. For inland fun, it’s just a short stroll to the Folly Beach Pier as well as shops and restaurants on Center Street. Inside your third-floor condo, you’ll love the spacious, sun-soaked floor plan, upscale furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living area with South Carolina sunshine. Two sofas offer plenty of plush seating around the 46-inch TV. Chefs will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, appointed with spacious countertops and a full suite of appliances. Prepare delicious beach-inspired dishes and share them around the table for six in the dining area. Step out onto your private balcony to admire sweeping views of the Atlantic ocean and the beach below. Sip drinks in the armchairs or kick back and chat while relaxing on the love seat. Beach access is via a private boardwalk located behind the building. Upon returning, spritz the sand off your feet at the shared outdoor shower.

What a great spot! Perfect location, right in the middle of town. Epic view of the ocean from then couch, even better from the balcony! Great to have the elevator for our luggage or the option for stairs. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. The condo was very roomy. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t find any games. The kitchen could use some better pans and oven mits. Overall, the location and the balcony were its best features.

It was ok trouble with the door lock it was fixed water pressure low lots of noise from the condo below at 11:30 called the number to report it.

It was just what we were looking for, steps from beach, views, walking distance to restaurants & bars.Housekeeping upon our check-in was sorely lacking. Enough that I alerted the management company.

Very nice location, walkable to all the Folly restaurants. Nice having 3 bathrooms in the unit. Despite being near the pier it was reasonably quiet. Kitchen was well equipped except no oven mitts. One issue we had was the electronic door lock battery suddenly died and we were locked out. Called Casado and went to a service representative who was little help. We were able to buy a 9 volt battery to temporarily allow access to the lock code. We then replaced the batteries in the door lock from our own supply. Recommend that the batteries are periodically replaced to avoid this problem for other guests in the future.
