Great Location and House

Almost right across the street from walkable public beach access! House has everything you need for while you are there, very comfortable.

House had more amenities than listed. Home is pet friendly. House does have some minor plumbing issues. Kitchen sink leaked and we were not informed of that leak, found a container full of water under the sink that we dumped to keep for overflowing. Upstairs bathroom sink was leaking had to keep a towel under it to keep the floor from being wet all the time. Found extra clothing items under the chest of drawers in the upstairs bedroom. Lower King bed had torn sheets. Animal hair in many locations which is expected but it was an excessive amount like no cleaning service had been performed. But as far as location ease of access to the beach it was great. We would stay again because those are small issues and can easily be addressed for future stays.

Family beach trip at Rosie’s

We enjoyed the house. All the rooms are a great size. The only downside was the bathrooms are really tiny. Great location at the beach, and the beach access was so close. The rental company was very helpful.

Perfect location

The house was very clean and well kept. Our family enjoyed the location of the home. Short walk to the nearest beach ramp. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock and sitting on all the porches at night. We can’t wait to visit again!

A good house in decent location

I would recommend this property, close enough to be the beach to be accessible, but not crowded like the front row properties. Plenty of space for our small group of four, though beds were a little small for the taller amongst us.

Beautiful House, Perfect Location

Absolutely loved this house! Beautiful view of the canal! Less than a minute walk to the public beach access. Cozy accommodations for 3 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation. House was clean and great proximity to beach. House was spacious for our family of seven but bathrooms are a bit small. Beds were very comfortable. The couches in the living room are worn out and need replaced but otherwise no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Great Home

Very nice home, close beach access. Very nice open living / dining area. The bedrooms worked perfect for our kids and grand kids upstairs and us downstairs. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. Will bring our dog next time.

Great Stay in Holden

This was our first time at Holden Beach and we had a great stay at Rosie's Rendezvous. We had plenty of space for our family. The house is welcoming and very comfortable, both inside and out. We all really enjoyed the outdoor space, with both the upstairs porch and the swing on the lower level, looking out at the canal. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the outdoor shower made it easy to get everyone cleaned up after a day full of sand.

Family vacation

Our family vacationed at Rosie's Rendezvous. We loved the home. It was spacious for our family of seven and our dog. It was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. My only recommendation would be updated couches for the living room. The beds were very comfortable and they leave you plenty of towels. The bathrooms are tiny but you have a great outdoor shower which was great. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. You are just a short walk away to the beautiful beach. Location was spectacular. My family would love to come back again!

Loved this house on Lumberton Avenue

The back porch overlooking the canal was cozy and inviting. The house is clean and well decorated with stylish farmhouse furnishings. It was just the right size for the five of us— four adults and one child—and our little dog. I’m not sure how well it would serve a larger family because the kitchen and bathrooms are very compact, but it was fine for us. The location is great— the beach access is at 357.5 OBW and is just across the street. We would definitely stay at Rosie’s Rendezvous again.

Review

We were not able to check in on time and had an infant with us. The location of the property was excellent and the description of the house was accurate. Bathrooms were a bit tight and kitchen appliances could use an update, but overall pleased with the property.

Rosie’s

The house location was very convenient to the beach, all the kitchen small appliances one could need and tastefully decorated. The bathrooms are super small, but wouldn’t prevent us from staying again. Also, the house could be a tad cleaner such as the bathtub bottom and especially in the bathroom corners. (This is more of a personal issue rather than a reflection on the house in general) It was a wonderful experience and we would stay again.

Could’ve been cleaner.

Couch was covered in dog hair. Coffee pot was leaking. Throw blankets were covered in dog hair. Arm on couch was broken. Drawer in refrigerator was broken. Refrigerator hardly got cold.

Close to beach

Nice home offered early check in that was nice appreciated that. Responded fast to couple issues we had. Bathrooms are very tiny and there is no bathroom connected to the master suite, kitchen counter space for meal prep. Nice deck space enjoyed sitting out there a suggestion would be to add fans. We had a nice time and enjoyed our visit. We rented a boat and did some fishing and saw 5 dolphins 🐬 which was the highlight. Found nice shells and shark towers. We would stay in home again and recommend home. Yard has the sticker spurs and got in our dog paw and our foot., so don't walk barefoot. Thank you for sharing home.

The house was exactly what we needed. It was a great size-loved the open concept living, kitchen dining room. It was equipped with all the basics that you needed! Location was great-you could see the access to the beach from the house! The fact that our 16 year old dog got to travel with us was icing on the cake. We had a great week and would certainly rent this house again in the future!
