We loved the view and the amount of places to see and do were within walking distance. Delicious restaurants were literally across the street!

The location was great. The condo is great, but the furniture could be upgraded. There was really nowhere to sit other than the kitchen counter. The couch is more of a photographer's couch and not comfortable to sit on at all.

Our stay in this condo was spectacular. The host was so thoughtful in decorating style and amenities. The home is spacious very clean and comfortable. One thing I would note is there's a Jack and Jill door style bathroom when you first come in. The door was locked to the other bedroom. We hoped it was open so many times during our stay, we'd have to walk around to the front to get to it. Not major but definitely annoying at times. Communication with the host was amazing. Directions were clear and concise. I'd stay there again. Host was really great.Something that's not the hosr fault was the condition of the pool the following morning after a Friday night stay. You can tell that the building doesn't have a crew that came in and cleaned up from the night before. There was trash & alcohol bottles, the pool was very cloudy with eyelashes and hair. It was unswimable. The building had great amenities game room, gym , grills, the pool (when it was clean). I felt safe there.

Very convenient, walkable location. Condo has essentials. Nice TVs is three rooms. Room with King bed has balcony but does not have a closet or en suite bath. The other bedroom does have a closet and attached bathroom. Host was very responsive when we had questions or needed assistance.

Great location for the event we were attending. Nice sandwich shop called Manhattan Cafe just around the corner and several other places all within walking distance. Kitchen had the bare minimum of equipment and could use some more pans for cooking, an oven-mitt would have been nice and more utensils. The parking situation is great there!! Rooms were nice. Could use a basic chest of drawers in the smaller room as there was no place to store your clothes once there.

Amazing location. We were able to walk everywhere from the Capital to the Performing Arts Center and all the museums in between. Very clean, with lots of attention to details. Perfectly located in the heart of Raleigh!

Would have liked to see more kitchen items. Only 1 bowl, toaster would have been nice as well. The door between the bedroom and bathroom was locked which was strange so had to walk around to get to bathroom each time. Think the neighbors smoked a lot of pot because apartment smelled like it all weekend. But overall it was a good stay.

My husband and I had such a wonderful 3-day stay over the New Years holiday. The location can't be beat with tons of restaurants just out of the building door and walkable everything in the center of downtown. The unit is adorable with a great set up and a pretty cool panoramic view of the city market / mooresquare park end of DT. The unit was clean and comfy with toiletry baskets in both bathrooms that included a supply of towels and cloths which was a nice touch. Communication and check-in was always smooth and prompt and the renters are friendly and accommodating. While we didnt get a chance to enjoy all the amenities with the weather, the options are outstanding, with roof top gym, work lounge and pool. We are most definitely staying again when visiting my home city of Raleigh.

The location of this apartment and the amenities are fantastic! I felt very safe and secure inside the building. The host is very responsive.

Our host was super easy to connect with and very responsive. The condo was in a perfect location, walking distance to parks, bars and restaurants. Building amenities are great, as well.

It was requested that I delay my arrival until 3:00, that worked fine so I agreed. Once I arrived I was asked to wait until 4:00 as they were still cleaning—not what I wanted after driving 5 hours. After finally receiving access to the apartment I was disappointed with the cleanliness or lack thereof. It had not been vacuumed, there was trash in the kitchen drawers, there was no top sheet one one of the beds, the towels were new and not been laundered (the tags were still on), the living room tv didn’t work… I could go on. But the location was good and the apartment has a lot of potential.
