You will LOVE this beautifully decorated house and its location, two houses in from the corner of 12th Street and Wesley Avenue! It's just a block from the beach and boardwalk and a few streets from Starbucks and the adorable shops on Asbury. This is an amazing 4 BR, 2 BA house. We believe you'll love it, as our guests have told us they do! Our goal is to give you the best vacation ever. Please check out our reviews!

Great family spot

Working with Julie was so pleasant and the way she and her family care for the property is great. It was so clean, updated and equipped for a family stay! And the location is perfect! Definitely recommend a stay here!

Great stay as always!

We love a cozy Christmas at the beach. Julie is always great, ensuring the house is in perfect condition and has everything we need. Would highly recommend this home for a winter or summer getaway.

Perfect location and stay in OC!

Home is fully equipment with everything you need to enjoy a stay in OC. Location is beyond perfect to access boardwalk, beach & downtown area. Home is extremely clean and comfortable. Our family had a blast. Owners were very friendly and pleasure to work with.

Amazing Experience!

This property is truely a magnificent experience! It's beautifully decorated and clean, clean, clean! Every detail has been thought about for the best guest experience. Perfect spot - just behind the boardwalk!

We spent the weekend at this property in celebration of a family members 70th birthday & to enjoy the 1st night festivities. The property was clean, the owner provided everything we needed, and was quick to reach out when we initially booked & whenever questions came up. Our location was great too —just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk, Jillys Arcade for the kids, & a close walk to downtown. Would definitely rent this spot again!

Sunblest was the best!

We had an amazing time at Sunblest! The home was beautiful and the hosts had everything you could want down to the smallest of details. It was our grandson's first overnight trip and was made all the more special with this incredible home <3

Wonderful house in Ocean City

We stayed for a few days in the off season. It's actually pretty nice this time of year, as you get the beautiful ocean walks without the crowds. The house was very clean. Communication was so clear and easy. The location is convenient to the boardwalk. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended!

OCNJ Weekend

An absolutely perfect get-away weekend! It all started as we communicated with Julie about our stay. She was an awesome hostess...great communication, very friendly, and truly happy to have us at her home. The weekend was made perfect by the beautiful, well-appointed home, excellent location, amenities provided, and the cleanliness of the property,. We will definitely be back!

Clean, bright, easy beach house

Great first floor condo - bright, clean, comfortably equipped. You can bring yourself (and dogs and family) and some food and you are set for a nice beach break. The property is perfectly situated - easy walk to the beach but not too involved in boardwalk crowds - easy walk or bike ride to the Asbury Ave shopping district. Communications with the owner were easy via text - all good things and we'd rent again without question.

Wonderful OCNJ Getaway

Julie’s home “Sunblest” is a wonderful place for a family to stay, especially for an off-season long weekend. My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay from booking to check out. She was so flexible with check in and check out times. The house was clean and family friendly, and had everything you could need (including a pack n play for baby!) There are beach chairs, beach toys, large storage garage. Her home is even pet friendly! I would highly recommend

Great stay!

The host Julie was wonderful. The house was amazing, comfortable, clean and in a great area. 5 minutes walk to beach. Lots of toys- bikes, chairs, beach umbrella and more. All in great condition, not the usual torn up and old. Beautiful front porch with comfortable, newer furniture. The house is stocked- more than I've ever experienced. Thank you Julie for a great stay.

Spring Break Serenity

If I could give this property and our experience more stars, I would. We loved our 3-night stay at Sunblest. The home is well-appointed, cozy, and just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Julie’s guest-focused attention to detail is bar none. The home was equipped & stocked with everything we needed and more. Communication before, during, & after our stay was excellent. Even if the weather isn’t a beach day, Sunblest is a great place to watch movies by the fire, do puzzles on the large dining table, or curl up with a book on the covered porch. We would love to stay here again, next time for more than 3 nights.

Winter weekend getaway

We loved our weekend at Julie’s home. She made sure that checkout with VRBO seamless and was very kind to check in and make sure we arrived okay and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The home had all the necessities we could need and was very clean and cozy even on a cool February weekend. Self checkin was a breeze. We loved the proximity to the beach and we were at the perfect location near the arcade, haunted golf and some of the candy shops that were still open in the off season. The home was also really close to some of our favorite restaurants too. All in all we had a great weekend and hope to book a stay again!

This is the place!

I have rented in OCNJ for years, never wanting to go to the same house twice…until now! This house was above and beyond what we normally get and we couldn’t of been happier! Trash bags, ziplocks, dish detergent, hand soap, k cups, tin foil, to go coffee cups….you name it, this house has it! It saved us so much packing and we were (finally!) able to take one car down the shore!!! Julie is an absolutely fabulous host and we are already booking again for next year!! Thank you Julie!!

Deserves way more than 5 stars

We are thrilled we found this GEM of a place. Oh my goodness. It’s just beautiful and cozy and has everything you need and more! The fireplace was a huge bonus during our off season stay! Julie is AMAZING. She communicated everything in a timely manner and even checked in on us when we arrived. The location couldn’t be better. We loved walking to the shops and restaurants on Asbury. We also loved being one block from the boardwalk and beach. Seriously, it was one of our favorite places. Do not hesitate to book this GEM of a place in OCNJ. Thank you Julie!!!

Beautiful. Couldn't ask for anything more

This is a beautiful home in a great location. We were able to walk to local restaurants (which we located by menus in the handy binder). We were a block from the beach. We enjoyed the balcony and the front porch, which both had comfortable seating. The house had everything we could have needed, from beach chairs and bikes, to every cooking utensil and dish we could think of. Julie was easily reachable, and checked in to make sure everything was up to par. She was very helpful and attentive. I will definitely be checking with her first on any future stays. I highly recommend this rental.

Superb!

Julie and Jerry are amazing hosts. Communication was prompt, informative and friendly. The location of the property is excellent. The decor of the home was modern and beachy without being over the top beachy. The property was clean and had ample space to keep people from feeling crowded. We have never stayed at another property that was so well appointed with amenities. Julie and Jerry truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable; plenty of coffee, beach chairs, beach towels, and the little extras like storage baggies and tinfoil. You will want for nothing when you stay at Sunblest. The weather was a bit cool and windy during our stay so we sat out on the back porch to catch the morning sun and the front porch in the evening to catch the rays from the setting sun - perfect. We will look forward to our next opportunity to stay here.

we enjoyed our stay. We brought more than needed as we didn,t know about little things It was a lot to bring for 6 people for a wedding and not having these things would be a worry as their was no time to find grocery store,we didn,t know it was a dry county either 6 adults and a cold beer or glass of wine after 5 hour drive. Needing extra toilet paper or paper towels?, We would have liked to know that you had a regular coffee maker as we were told you had a Keurig? We didn,t need to bring garbage bags these may seem llike small things but haven,t never done this before we didn,t know? we would know better to ask next time. thank you

After we started renting our first home, we realized that we were sitting on one of the best locations in all of Ocean City! It was close to everything and yet a relaxed and beautiful part of town. When this house came up for sale, just doors up from our first house, we could see it was the perfect house for us to offer as a second rental. We loved the friendliness of the house layout and, of course, the location.... steps from all you want to do on your vacation!
