- The entire townhome is included in this rental with the exception of the garage. Guests will be granted access via a smart lock.

- For extended stays of 10 nights or more, a mid-stay refresh cleaning will be arranged and scheduled in advance. This light service includes fresh linens, towels, and a general tidy-up to maintain the comfort and quality our guests enjoy.
