Once you climb the exterior stairs from the parking level to the home, all the rooms of Salt Sea are on the same floor. There are ocean views from the kitchen, both dining areas, sun room, living room, master bedroom and screened porch. Your toughest decision of the day will be whether to frolic on the beach with the kids, watch the waves come to shore from the sun deck or read a good book in the Salt Sea sun room or screened porches. This is the type of beach house that you'll want your kids and family to experience and make memories together every year.

Guests access the Salt Sea front door by walking up one flight of exterior stairs to the front porch. Once you enter the front door, you will find a foyer with tiled floor. From the foyer, you can either turn right to go down the hallway towards three of the home's four bedrooms, walk straight into the Salt Sea living room or turn left to enter the bunk bedroom. The living room features hardwoods floors, a working fireplace, large screen TV with Roku and ocean views. From the living room, you can walk straight to the sun room or turn left to enter the dining area and kitchen. The sun room also features ocean views, seating area with coastal colors & design and sliding door access to the sun deck (which leads to the exterior steps down to the backyard and private walkway to the beach). You will love the white cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Guests also love that there are two separate dining areas in the home -- both with ocean views! The first dining table (which seats 6) is located just off the kitchen and the second dining table (which also seats 6) sits in one of the home's two screened porches.
