Breath taking views are what this luxurious, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, beachfront home has to offer! The roof top deck has 360 degree views of Folly Beach, Folly Island, the Ravenel Bridge, and the Sullivan's Island and Morris Island lighthouses. All families of all ages are welcome to come and create memories at this one of a kind, spacious home as we have a service elevator that reaches all floors! 10 guests can comfortably sleep while having the beach just a few steps away from your own beach access walkway (shared with 2 other homes). After enjoying a long day on the beach, come relax on one of your many balconies! Or if you prefer, there are several local restaurants serving up fresh local seafood! Bring your surfboard or your rod and reel and enjoy everything this property has to offer. This vacation is all about you, so kick your feet up, or put your toes in the sand!!

Being right on the beach was a must for our family and this property delivered! The house very comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 3 children. The beach is not crowded and the water was great!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at this beautiful home! The decor was gorgeous, and we loved how spacious and comfortable the house was for our family. The location was perfect, with an incredible beachfront view and easy access to the ocean.The porch was truly our favorite spot—there’s nothing better than sitting outside with a cup of coffee and a good book in the morning, listening to the waves, or enjoying a cocktail while watching the ocean in the evening. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely love to return!

Beachfront is amazing and mostly private, porch off the main level is wonderful, spacious, and property is well equipped. The outside shower helped keep sand to a minimum after beach time. We had our family photos taken by a photographer that came right to the house. Loved our vacation!

The property was fantastic. Beautiful views right on the beach and easy access. The house was just as described and was perfect for our family gathering of eight adults. We cannot imagine a better more relaxing vacation.

Folly Beach Rental

We had the best time staying in this lovely beach front home. One of the favorite places we have stayed. It is a great location and beautiful home. We plan to return next summer!

Everything was wonderful! The rooms are amazing! The beach view is spectacular! The kitchen was excellent for everything we needed. I would definitely recommend the beach house to anyone. Sarah is a wonderful young lady and has a great personality. Everyone absolutely loved the house and we had a terrific time!

The house overall was amazing big and nice for a large group for sure could use a little updating but that didn’t bother us we will definitely seek to check this property out again in the future

The house was beautiful and well-equipped with plenty of room for everyone. It is ocean front on a quiet stretch of beach. Sarah, the property manager, was helpful and responsive throughout our stay. 5 stars!

This property is perfectly titled Piece of Heaven. Everything from the accommodations, spacious interior, well-stocked kitchen, and walk out to the beach was perfect. This is our second year staying here and will absolutely be back!

Amazing views from an amazing house

The pictures of this house were beautiful. Once you arrive, the house is even better in person! We had an amazing time. Communication with the owner before check in was easy and thorough. Would stay here a 1000 more times!

Sunrises, sunsets, and star gazing on the roof top deck are amazing. We cooked several family dinners in the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and functions nicely. The wine cooler (for chilling bottled waters, teas, sodas, etc) and extra under the counter ice maker were an added bonus.

Relaxing and wonderful stay

The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It perfectly fit the needs for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Everything we possibly could need was here. It made for a relaxing and wonderful stay. The "amazing rooftop deck" gave us a spectacular view of numerous cities and towns 4th of July fireworks displays that could be seen in the distance. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Getaway

This house is right on the beach and walking distance to the lighthouse. There is a beautiful view of the sunset from the rooftop. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could want. There is plenty of room for multiple families.

Watson Beach Trip

For decades we've stayed on Fripp Island. This was a lovely introduction to Folly Island. Everyone loved it. Unfortunately, the elevator was inoperable so we used the stairs. It was good exercise but at 76 the extra elevator help would have been nice.We do hope to return at some future date. It provided a perfect was to get our scattered family together.

The 360 degree views allows everyone to enjoy sunrise and sunset everyday. The elevator accesses all four floors of this large, spacious home making it easy for everyone in the family to enjoy all the stunning views Folly Beach has to offer. The home is located towards the end of the peninsula letting you enjoy an area of the beach that is not crowded but is still close enough to enjoy all the local restaurants and shops. When the tide is low, the house is walking distance to the Morris Island light house which also allows you to view all of Charleston Harbor. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxing day with the family or enjoy hanging with the locals, this house can offer it all!!

The view from the rooftop of this home is beyond spectacular. The top deck is one of the largest on Folly Beach and is accessible from the elevator that goes to all four floors of the home. The 360 degree views lets you see not only sunrise and sunset, but all of Charleston Harbor, the Ravenel Bridge, and the Morris Island Lighthouse. The house is very large and spacious making it perfect for anyone in the family!
