This house was perfect for our best friends beach vacation. The house was well stocked and had everything needed for our stay. Beach access is steps away. Thank you very much for allowing us to rent your beautiful beach house. We will be back. :-)

Loved it!! Great place to stay. It was very clean and had plenty of room for 7 Adults. Great sunsets from the marsh side and beautiful morning sun from the front. Very short walk to the beach. Definitely would use it again!

House was exactly as described! Absolutely stunning sunsets and directly across the street from the beach. House was extremely clean and well maintained!!! Gem of a house!!!

Fun family vacation spot. Home is in excellent condition and plenty of room for entertaining. Great place to watch the sunsets over the Marsh in the evening.

This was our first time on Folly Beach so we had no idea what to expect. House is a couple of miles from the center of town so the area is definitely quiet. The marsh views are amazing and the short walk to the public beach access across the street was very easy. The kitchen is loaded with utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls etc. which is wonderful except there is zero space to store dry goods so everything stays on the counter. The good news is the counters are large with lots of space. All of the porches are very comfortable with great views. We loved having two eating areas. We utilized the largest space for meals and the smaller area for crafts. All in all it is a beautiful house and extremely clean. Messaging the host doesn’t work well so it’s best to call them if you have questions or need anything.

Great Folly Beach Vacation

Loved the location and layout of this house! Beautiful sunset views over the marsh with close beach access. Perfect home for a family vacation with little ones.

Marsh Madness

We had a great time staying at Marsh Madness. Plenty of room for six adults and our 16 month old grandson. Place was clean, close to the beach, and everything you need for your stay.

Marsh Madness was our favorite beach rental in the Charleston area after 5 separate visits. The property is spacious, clean, and has amazing marsh views. Beach access is just down the street. We also rented a golf cart from Folly Beach Rentals, which made our vacation even more fun. Folly beach is our paradise. We hope to stay at this property again next year.

Amazing stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Very clean. Quiet street. Both close enough and far enough away from the city. We truly loved our stay and hope to come back sometime!

Marsh Madness

Marsh Madness was a great vacation spot for our family of 7 adults. Beautiful marsh views, easy walk to the beach, very clean, great kitchen and plenty of space for everyone

Great getaway

Sparkling clean with a lot of space. Great views of marsh out back with vivid sunsets. Could see a bit of beach and ocean out the front, close walk to beach. Very pleased with this property.

Marsh Wonderful

The sunsets were amazing and the space was great. We all agreed that it would be a place we would return with our own extended families because the house has enough space to all hang out together.

New Year on the Marsh

Lovely home wish it had a gas grill outdoors and a fire pit. Very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked only thing missing was better use of area under the house for relaxing.

Fantastic family vacation spot!

Marsh Madness was a perfect place for our family of eight! The house was tastefully done and well maintained, and the large kitchen table was great for family dinners! A smaller table was great for games! Our only wish was that the house had access to the marsh for paddle boating or fishing! We would definitely choose Marsh Madness again!

Great Beach house

We loved the views of the marsh from the kitchen, dining room and deck. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning. The sunsets are beautiful. The house feels very roomy, all the bedrooms are a nice size and it is in very good condition. The extra bathroom upstairs came in handy too. This is my favorite location at Folly.

Great house

The house was perfect for our large family. It’s more spacious in person which was nice for our large group. I would recommend a golf cart if you have young children going to and from The beach as the access is a little bit of a walk but fine for adults. Kitchen was fully equipped and the marsh views and sunsets are amazing!

Great week at the beach!

Marsh Madness - the photos don’t do it justice! Our party was 8 adults and we had plenty of room to eat together, play games together and simply hang out. Easy beach access is .1 mile away. We loved watching the marsh wildlife and how it changed with the tides. We will definitely come back!

College Friends for Life

Group of friends for 50 years enjoyed a long weekend at Marsh Madness. House was well laid out with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views of sunset across the marsh. We didn’t cook so can’t speak to pots and pans but we did hire a private chef one night and there was plenty of room. Loved the location and the house.

Stunning View Of The Marsh & River!

Sunrise , sunset and every moment in-between...what a stunning view! The spacious rooms in this home have an abundance of windows which provide breathtaking views and plenty of sunshine. The kitchen, dining area and great room are large and provide a perfect place for family and friends to gather. I highly recommend this nicely furnished, freshly updated property on Folly Beach. You won't be disappointed!
