Bright, Private Beach, Pool, 2/2, 2,200 sq ft Balcony | This condo really does have everything for the perfect vacation whether you are a couple, a group of friends or a family. As a corner unit this is one of the larger 2/2 apartments available in the Palm Bay Club. It is located on the Beach (West) side of the property. | | The furnishing is tasteful and comfortable with a large master bedroom with a 47" flat screen TV, an unbelievably comfortable king bed facing patio doors out to the balcony and a private en-suite. The second bedroom has two full beds with a 42" flat screen TV and a bathroom right outside. There is a huge amount of storage ensuring that you will be clutter free and organized throughout your stay. | | Corkscrews to fishing rods and everything in between are provided with a TV in every room and wireless throughout. | | The kitchen is very well equipped - fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove top, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, as well as a Keurig machine- everything you need should you choose to self cater - whether a cocktail on the balcony or a 7 course gourmet feast! | | The apartment is light and airy with a large sitting room with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service; leading to a balcony that offers partial ocean views and typically a gentle breeze. | As of 2025 the unit has a new ac system and a new hot water tank. | Turning left out of your apartment building leads you down a beautiful palm tree lined avenue to the private beach, cabanas and lounger chairs that form part of the Palm Bay Club.

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Palm Bay Club. The staff at check was extremely helpful and welcoming. The unit very clean and furnishings were clean and comfortable. There was some minor cosmetic wear in the bathroom/ kitchen, but did not affect our stay. The resorts grounds were well kept and easy to walk to all amenities. The private beach was beautiful and equipped with plenty of lounge chairs available. We also enjoyed use of the pools, tennis courts, and fishing dock. The location was perfect, close to Siesta Village, but not too crowded. My kids have already asked if we can make it our annual vacation spot. Highly recommend!

Moderately Happy On Our Second Stay at Your Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean the only negatives in this unit was the sliding doors to the outdoor screen room. Those doors are hard to open and very noising and the toilet in the main bedroom needs to be fixed. It was difficult to flush occasionally and you had to remove the top of the tank to manually flush. The last night in the second bedroom there was a roach on the wall and the kids would not sleep in there. The location was ideal for most. My husband and I had difficulty walking to the beach or pool. Our daughter had to drive us as close as possible to both. My husband had a injury to his foot and blood was dripping in elevator and walk way to our condo. When we left for home the walkway still had his dried droplets of blood on there. After 2 days the floor of the elevator was finally cleaned up. The young man at the beach was very rude to us and the manager was told of this. The manager came and spoke to us at the beach on the first day of our experience with this person. But he never assisted us with chairs after that. We stood under our umbrella for over 20 minutes waiting for beach chairs as he delivered many chairs to others this happened on 3 days. I guess this was his pay back to us for reporting him to management. People around us helped pull chairs up for us. This employee should have been reprimanded or let go. We are senior citizens with health issues and he flat out ignored us. The gentleman named Bob that worked at the beach was very good to us and to other visitors. He would pick my husband up if he saw him struggling to walk to or from the beach. The pools were clean and unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of the hot tub over by the bay due to so many were occupying it when we were there. The only thing on our next trip we will need to look for a place closer to the beach and possibly rental of a golf cart to the pool or beach. After driving 16 hours to your resort I just need better accommodations for people with physical handicaps.

Family reunion

Reviewer Comments: Our place was comfortable until the air conditioning broke on Saturday. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency that we had to leave first thing Sunday or I would have asked for an adjustment on the price. It was far too hot to have the air not work for hours.I did forget my air fryer at n our rush. The lady I talk to was very polite and is going to get back with me. All office ladies were professional and friendly.

Wonderful place for a beach getaway

This condo is part of a clean, well maintained, well managed complex in a great location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo unit was perfect for our needs. The only disappointment was the view from the screened porch which involved a lot of rooftops! The unit was very clean and newly remodeled with new furniture. Other than the kitchen cabinet finish needing some work, the unit is very nice and accurately advertised. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key at this wonderful condo. The unit was very clean, had great amenities, and was so close to the most beautiful beach. Loved our stay and will come again!

Top-shelf, quiet and great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet and we liked that security had a presence. The apartment was clean, spacious and a few minutes walk to the beach. Parking and check-in was easy and security was there to help us for an after hours check/in. We were here for a soccer tournament and will definitely be back next year. We look for a safe, quiet, clean and comfortable place and this had it all. Top floor so now sounds of others above you. Great experience and great location.

Beds were goo/but luckily we don’t cook or eat/not furnished well

However, it is furnished as cheaply as possible and missing lots of things if you were actually going to live in this unit for a week and cooking and eat in the unit. You can tell whoever owns it is spending a little money as possible on the unit.

Loved It - Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was amazing. Plenty of room. We were a party of 6 and found this unit extremely comfortable. I absolutely loved the outside screened in area. The unit was clean and had everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. There were plenty of towels which was a plus as I forgot to bring my beach towels, but they had them. Loved that the unit offered games and books to read. I would definitely recommend staying here. When I return I would definitely choose this Unit. It was close to the beach. We had a great time.

Close to Beach

So nice and close to the beach. Everything was wonderful and better than I expected. The management was super accommodating as well with regards to our baby equipment rentals from a private company as it was all waiting for us in our room when we arrived as well as with renting the beach umbrellas. Thank you!

Family reunion

Usually around 70 people. we take up a lot of condos.The security guard Charles has been very helpful to us over the years like helping us get our reserved tables when people had refused to leave.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy to find out upon arrival that this unit had recently been painted and updated with new furniture and furnishings. We were very comfortable in this unit and loved the location on the corner of the third floor. The major issue that needs to be addressed is the dishwasher. It is barely functional and the bottom rack does not stay on the track because it is rusted. It would be great if the kitchen cabinets would also be updated and the faucets in the guest bathroom tub/shower. We were happy, however, that the guest bathroom has a bathtub along with the shower. We've been renting at Palm Bay for 12 years in the winter and love the property. The grounds staff, security, and beach staff are all very friendly and helpful. They help make our stay wonderful!

Great Place AC did rattle

Great complex, nice condo, beach is fabulous. It would get 5 stars except the AC on top of the building sounds like a car boom box at times in the complex. We reported and an AC guy showed up to look at it, but it still rumbled on. Only flaw in this great place.

Luxury vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can’t explain how much I not only loved the condo, but the property itself was amazing. I often found myself calling it the “aisle of paradise”. The room was clean at check in, and everything you could possibly need was provided for us. The location was awesome and having our own private beach with beach chairs provided for us, was an added bonus that I was extremely grateful for. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get away from the winter blues.

Fun in the Sun

Amazing!

Will be back fro sure! Only bad thing was the red tide which had nothing to do with the property. This condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, great location! The beach ( aside from red tide) was clean, security was so kind, we will for sure be back again!
