Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of workspace and room for the whole family to enjoy. Dining room has seating for 8 + kitchen peninsula seating 4. Walkout to spacious deck with plenty of space for BBQ, read a book or lounge in the sun.

Open living room with plenty of windows to enjoy the woods and a view of the Lake George mountains.
Upstairs loft with pool table, plenty of boardgames and a peek of the lake.

Basement offers foosball table, 3 car garage and a walk out to lower deck and fire pit.
Whether you are looking for a private place in the woods, hiking one of the 46 peaks of The Adirondacks, biking the trails, relaxing on the beach or enjoying the shopping and the restaurants of Bolton Landing - this location will offer it all.

Awesome NYE in Bolton Landing

We had an awesome time staying here for NYE 2023. Very clean, cool house layout, tons of room! Bedrooms were all large, each with its own full bath. Large living room,large kitchen. Well stocked with all your needed accessories. DW & Washing machine are so quiet, you forget theyre on. Large deck overlooking firepit with lake views. Weather was nice so we got to use both. Hosts were super nice and accomadating and very easy to reach for the one minor issue on the router that they fixed remotely and quickly. Would defintely stay here again and recommend the property easily. Really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect setting and house

The pictures don’t do this house justice! It’s larger than it appears in the pictures. The setting in the woods is perfect. Great outdoor space. Enjoyed the fire pit and the deck. Had deer walking in the woods right off the balcony. Beds were all comfortable. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect Property

The house was perfect for our week in Bolton Landing. We had several rainy mornings where we relaxed in the house but then got to boat in the afternoon, it was so good to be close to our boat dock for this. We would love to return next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in beautiful Bolton Landing. This home is spacious and well equipped which makes it perfect for our family to relax and enjoy the lake and mountains. Looking forward to return for a third time.

A lovely week

Our family had a great week at Michele and Michael's beautiful home in Bolton Landing. We were six people, and we had plenty of room. It was our first time near Lake George, and we enjoyed getting to know the area. Michele was a great communicator, and we had everything we needed to enjoy her home. Many thanks!
