Great communication!! One suggestion would be to put black out window coverings in basement. Loved the house and all the space for our family of 11. We had a great time and the house was very well stocked !

Great location! Plenty of room!

Our family group of 12 had a wonderful time. We loved the large kitchen and gathering spaces. The location was close to the beach and in a great area. Thank you!

Wonderful vacation spot

Really appreciated this lovely property. Plenty of room for the whole family. Enjoyed the easy walk to several beaches and dining spots. Host was easy to communicate with and made the stay enjoyable.

the space was so comfortable and loved the large open kitchen living area for all of us to gather, so comfortable and clean . the host was very accessible with any of our questions and needs , Mahlao for a wonderful stay

Nice big beautiful beach (adjacent) house!

Amazingly clean for a house so close to the beach. Gorgeous kitchen, backyard, and lanai with beautiful view of lush Hawaiian mountains. Well stocked kitchen and everything multiple families could need at the beach.

Great location and house

Beautiful home in a great location. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Loved all the windows and doors that opened to a deck with an amazing view. Everything went smoothly and would definitely stay here again.

Our multi-generational family of 12 recently stayed at Nick & Wendy's house & it was perfect! The house itself is beautiful & very spacious, so we never felt on top of each other. Some highlights of the house that we really enjoyed: the bi-fold doors in the living area & primary bedroom which completely brought the outdoors indoors as well as created a pleasant breeze. The unobstructed mountain views from the lanai are beautiful & ever changing with the clouds. Everyone would gravitate to that area & either enjoy the view from the outdoor dining table or the comfortable lounge chairs. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment & supplies. We appreciated the generous supply of new beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, & umbrellas. The real bonus is the provided folding wagon to carry all of the gear to the beach. You couldn't ask for a more convenient location. Our family's favorite, Breneke's Beach, is an easy walk along the Poipu Kai Green Belt Path. The entire area around Poipu Kai is very walkable. The house also comes with access to a community pool which also has a large hot tub. Another nice bonus is a membership to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Some in our group took advantage of the weightroom as well as some of the offered classes. Wendy & the local contact were easy to work with & promptly responded to my questions. It's clear with the thoughtful touches provided that the owners want their guests to feel welcomed. All in all -- we highly recommend!

Paradise!

This house was perfect for our group of 11. Open format and great outdoor spaces. Also, lots of spaces for quiet time as needed. Easy access to beaches and great views from the house. We had a blast!

Ideal Family Location

We just completed a week's stay on Kauai. The location was ideal for many of the activities that Kauai has to offer. Stacy & Lauren were both responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We will most certainly stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

A great home for our group of three families. Appreciated the downstairs apartment with own entry. Plenty of space for the group to spread out. Five minute walk to the beach. Great view of the mountains from the front deck. Parking in the driveway was a bit tricky with three cars, but we made it work.

Our New Favorite!

My family and I have been traveling to Kauai a few times a year for 28 years. My parents live across the street from Wendy and Nick’s home and we’ve stayed in many rental homes in Poipu. This home is our favorite!

Perfect house for a large family vacation

The house was perfect for 10 people. Décor, location, ambiance, and size was amazing. We will be using this location again for sure. The kitchen is very update. The best part is the huge balcony where you can sit and enjoy a sunset or sunrise and the beautiful scenery while enjoying a gentle Hawaiian breeze.

Perfect for large group

Beautiful house and spectacular views. We used the kitchen to whip up meals for 10. Loved having washer and dryer on the lower level.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in the perfect location on Kauai

We don’t want to leave this beautiful house!! Our week long stay to celebrate my Hawaii Five 0 Birthday could not have been any better. This property was the highlight of our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we could easily walk to beaches. We drove sometimes too and found parking fairly easy. Everything we needed was available to us for a fabulous visit to Hawaii!

Kauai 5-0

The beautiful Poipu home was the perfect place for our 50th anniversary. Our family of ten had plenty of room and had everything we needed. The location was ideal for walking to the beaches and exploring the island by car.
