The house is located in a quiet secluded neighborhood yet close to Seattle, attractions, shopping, etc. You will enjoy 1,250 sq ft with 2 bdrms, full bath with Kohler soaking tub, full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 65 inch 3D Smart TV, free cable/internet, outdoor fireplace table..
Top floor suite in secluded private single family house with 1,250 sq/ft fully furnished master bedroom with Tempur Pedic mattress, office/guest bedroom with pull out daybed into queen size bed, 1 full bath, kitchen / living room and huge over thousand square feet Trex deck with partial view of Lake Sammamish. All amenities, such as cable/internet, security system, AC, gas fireplace, are included. You will enjoy 65 inch 3D SmartTV from oversized lounger or leather couch with back massager. Linens, towels, paper products are provided, kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots, pans, etc..
This place is very comfortable, private, modern with craftsman style touches throughout. The master bedroom has queen size bed with tempurpedic mattress, the office/guest bedroom has day bed expandable to queen size bed. There is very comfortable brand new twin size foldout bed with memory foam mattress that can be unfolded in living room for a fifth person.
You will enjoy the 2012 friendliest town in US, according to CNN news. Along with miles of hiking, biking, running trails around the lake and in the close by Cascade Mountains for more serious hikes.
There are number of major ski resorts close by, with Snoqualmie Pass only 40 miles from the house. And for the daredevils the Seattle Paragliding is less than 10 miles away in city of Issaquah.
It is only 1.2 mile to shopping, 8 miles to city of Bellevue and less than 20 miles to hustling Seattle.
Like to try a luck in poker or fun slot machines? There are number of casinos in the state of Washington, the latest Snoqualmie Casino is only 18 miles away.
