Fabulous beach house right on the sand at Faria Beach 5 minutes north of Ventura, California and 20 minutes south of Santa Barbara, California. Great family vacation or just a gotta get away and chill.....

2 story, 3 bedroom and 2 baths.
Downstairs: Living room with a sunken fireplace, Dining area, Kitchen, Bedroom with a Queen size bed and a full bath.
Front Deck with Patio Furniture.
Upstairs: Master Bedroom with a King bed and Outdoor deck.
2nd bedroom with a Queen bed.
The bedrooms share a full bath.
Fabulous garden in the entry way. Washer and Dryer in the garage. Ample parking. Only 5 steps from the seawall to the sand! Very popular surfing spots within 3 minute walk in either direction. Swimming in the summer 68-70 degrees. Great neighbors on this private beach with wonderful views of the Santa Barbara Channel Islands.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Spectacular location w/ beautiful ocean views! You are able to see both surf spots from the deck. An abundance of sea life (seals and dolphins) rolling by in the surf. It was a great spot for a quiet family getaway. Thank you Karen!

The Magical Sea Wall

We have stayed here many times. Fishing off the sea wall, easy access to the beach, house is fully stocked for cooking and Karen is a wonderful host. Our family has made incredible memories here.

Wonderful two weeks at the beach

The house is comfortable and very well equipped with kitchen utensils and table settings of all kinds, beach towels, linens, etc. Location and deck space are ideal and the owner was very accommodating. My wife and I, two adult sons and a daughter-in-law had a wonderful, two-week family reunion here -- a great autumn vacation on the Faria beach.

Ocean Front at its Best

Had an outstanding time. Ocean/Beach/Surfing lifestyle at it's best. The accomodations were just as pictured and the property and amenities are well organized. Great communications with the owner.

Wonderful stay

We've enjoyed this lovely beach house for the second year, and looking forward to more years. It's wonderful being right on the water, and a quiet, beautiful beach. The home is clean, comes with the amenities needed (plenty of towels, water filter, kitchen items, washer/dryer, etc) for a comfortable stay.

Wonderful place!

We loved staying at Karen's home right on the water. The photos don't do it justice. Really a spectacular place. The beds are very comfortable and Karen is a delight. We can't wait to go back

The Best Family Beach House

We've just finished our 4th year at Karen's beach house. It has the BEST ocean views and beach access. House is fully stocked with all your beach and house needs, along with being clean and spacious. Karen is so easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any needs. It's our family's favorite place to enjoy time together.

Great location

We recently rented this house for a week and we were very pleased. The location is perfect. We had access to the beach from the back patio and the house was just right for the 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. They had everything you need from bikes, kayaks and surf boards. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next summer.

Amazing waterfront getaway

Kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfortable, ample garage space, amazing deck and view, and the waterfront location is ideal. Karen was super friendly and incredibly attentive.

Very pleasant

The house and beach met all our expectations. Perfect weather and after a few days of little beach walking access due to high tides, we were able to walk north and south to our hearts content. Thank you so much for the enjoyable and relaxing vacation. We’ll do it again!!

Perfect Getaway

Three generations of my family stayed here for a week and had an amazing time. The house had room for us all while still feeling cozy and very comfortable with lots of artistic touches. Access to boards and bikes was such a treat. Check in was easy and the host was very responsive. And the view..... I would definitely stay here again.

Restful Weekend

Our family enjoyed a great long weekend here, cooking up a storm, taking long walks on the beach, and enjoying a fire in the inside sunken fireplace. The views are unparalleled, and the easy access to the beach during low tide was a great addition. We even saw dolphins! Everything we needed was in the house, and the owner was friendly and welcoming. I'd recommend the house for anyone interested in a restful week/end away!

My happy place!

Our family loves to fish off the wall and explore the tide pools. Watching the dolphins, seals and pelicans diving for their catch was entertaining. We have made many family memories in Karen’s wonderful beach house for a few years now. She is an awesome host and the house has everything you need waiting for you. Already booked for our next stay.

The Perfect Getaway!

This was our fourth stay at this absolutely Fabulous Beach House On The Sand at Faria Beach! It was as wonderful a vacation as we have always enjoyed--so much so, that we have already booked it for next year! This lovely home is beautifully furnished, has a well-appointed kitchen, is mere steps from the beach, boasts an amazing patio and just has everything you need for the perfect getaway. But honestly, just sitting on that patio will be all you require to feel the hustle and bustle drain from your mind and body as you melt into coastal living... You will find yourself coming back, again and again! Highest recommendation!

Great Views!

We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. The windows on the first floor made the most of the beautiful views and we loved the ample, easy parking (not all houses at Faria Beach have such great, spacious lots). The gardens and the deck on the second floor were fabulous too! Our host was very helpful and attentive. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation on the beach!

My husband and I visited Karen’s home for our anniversary. We could’ve had a better experience. Karen is very communicative and pleasant. The house is just perfect fully stocked with everything you need to make your vacation stay wonderful. Sits directly on the beach with an amazing view! We will definitely be visiting again.

Slice of Heaven on the Beach

Yesterday we completed our 3rd family beach vacation at this property, and we love it more every year. The property is well appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The house and deck provides beautiful beach views (keep your eye out for the sea life and pods of playing dolphins). The beach is just down the steps from the deck where surfing, body boarding, beach walks, and much more is awaiting your enjoyment! We’ll definitely be back.

We will be back!

Love this property! Beautifully situated on the oceanfront! We loved being steps from the beach. I stayed here with my daughter, her husband and two children, 5 and 2 years old. The house is well appointed with plenty of supplies. I enjoyed the house's unique design and collection of what looks to be art from local artisans. The host responded immediately to any texts and checked in with us to make sure everything was going smoothly from check in to check out!

So Relaxing

Really great experience. We’ve vacationed in this area of So Cal many times and stayed in several homes along this coastline. No disappointments here. Not as luxurious as some other properties we’ve experienced in the area, but not priced like those properties either. This place is a bargain in our opinion. Very comfortable, secure and well appointed. Beautiful views and direct access to the beach. Dolphins swam by everyday. Sunrises are epic from the large useful deck.
