The Space:

Perfect for a family, this dog-friendly Lincoln City vacation condo is the answer to your dreams of a spirited getaway on the Northern Oregon Coast. Newly renovated, it has all the home essentials, plus a great location close to the beach and shopping in town.



Residing in the Sandstone Point complex, this two-bedroom condo is a quick drive to kayaking and boating in Devils Lake, crabbing, clamming, and wildlife viewing in Siletz Bay, and boutique shops and eateries along Highway 101. It's also conveniently situated for exploring the rugged coastline, with beach access about a two-block walk away and down a set of stairs.



You'll find plenty to love about this condo, including its bright and inviting interior, an outdoor balcony with panoramic views, and conveniences like WiFi, cable TV, and modern kitchen appliances. A leather sofa sits near a wall-mounted flatscreen TV in the living area with an adjacent compact kitchen space for cooking meals.



Eat together at the four-seat table underneath the TV, dine al fresco on the balcony, or enjoy the picnic-like setting of the shared outdoor courtyard's table.



A foldout couch and two bedrooms with queen beds offer sleeping accommodations for four guests - and your dogs are welcome to come along with a small nightly fee.

This is an older property and pretty bare bones. However, it was clean and had a beautiful ocean view! The communication with the management was beyond excellent! We will be staying here again

Nice place wity a view of the ocean. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows. The futon couch was not comfy to sit on and the only plug ins that would charge our phones were by the sink in the kitchen. Wonderful deck to look out at the ocean and plenty of parking.

It was a perfect little spot for spring break getaway. The back room closest to the beach has the perfect little view. It was very cozy and welcoming. We look forward to coming back.

Good location, in between southern end of Lincoln city and the center of town. No issues with the property unit other than I couldn't figure out how to use the passcode on the door. Thankfully there was a key in a lock box and the support staff were extremely helpful and quick to answer when I texted them. All in all a pleasant stay.

The condo was perfect for my family of three and the view was fantastic. You can hear the ocean, even with all the windows closed. A couple things to consider... there are no closets or dressers so plan accordingly. This was fine for my family as we were only there for the weekend. How quiet your stay is greatly depends on your neighbors. We could hear the people next to us

Great view of the ocean. That was nice. It's a small space surrounded by other duplicates. The beds were good. It was clean. The check in process needs to be attended to. We were sent the wrong key code and the only communication was AI generated via messaging. It took awhile but we were finally sent another code. Kind of stressful.

Adequate, get what you pay for! Small, tight spaces’s. Futon for couch, uncomfortable. No closets or dressers in bedrooms??No TV’s in bedrooms, no dishwasher.Curtains don’t cover patio doors well.Bathroom fixtures all rusted, small, nowhere to put personal items.Partial ocean view. Door code 10-digits, tricky to open. Very old, dated, not renovated. Would not stay here again. Plus, dog friendly

It was a very clean place. The internet was down the first day, but it worked the rest of the time. The view was beautiful. Host replied to messages in a timely manner. No rugs anywhere in the place, so my dog had no place to laydown. Food/water bowl provided along with a dog towel and poop bags. No counter space and no cutting board in kitchen made it challenging to prepare anything. (We left some cutting boards). Beds were comfy. The bedroom facing the parking lot needs some window coverings to keep out the light from the parking lot. The glass blocks let in a lot of light, making it difficult to sleep. Also the blinds on the window had a broken slat, allowing outside onlookers to see into the room. These also didn't seal out the light very well. The 2nd bedroom could also use an extra blanket. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Wonderful stay here! The condo was small, but perfect for our small group of three people. Full size fridge in the kitchen. Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the check out process was super easy. Host was very responsive and provided lots of information prior to our stay. We had beach access from our unit down a few flights of stairs and short road, and we could hear the waves from the balcony. We had no trouble with parking, there were lots of spots available right in front of our unit.
