How’s this for a location: You can walk or take a quick shuttle ride to the lifts, then ski down Four O’ Clock Run and walk to the condo … and it’s just a short stroll to Main Street Breckenridge. The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as seasonal access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. You and your family and friends will love it!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to seven. Walking into the living area, you’ll be impressed by the beautiful gas fireplace surrounded by stone and the private balcony with mountain views. There’s also plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV for entertainment after a long day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, room for six at the dining table, and room for three more at the breakfast bar.

You’ll love being just across the street from the free shuttle to take you to the slopes and around town in both the summer and winter! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle. As with all SMR properties, this property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, and the condo is fully stocked with clean linens, plenty of fresh towels, and basic toiletries. Our professional staff is also available 24/7 to ensure your vacation is as hassle-free as possible.

Great Place!

Snowboarding trip

Was really enjoyable, close to the mountains, good parking, spacious rooms, the only recommendation I have would be to get new cooking knives, or sharpened the cutting knives, other then that everything was perfect…

Very convenient

It is not 100% a ski in place. You will have to walk about a block. But still very close to downtown and to the shuttle to get to the slopes.

Great place for a small family

Excellent location with some covered parking spots too. Condo was clean and had everything you need to stay less a few cleaning supplies which were not a big deal. Very clean and excellent communications and check in process. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo for a family ski trip

Close to the lift and the ski run. Walkable both in and out. Location to town was great. Beds we’re comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great experience!

The location really can't be beat. Two blocks from the base of Peak 9. One block to bus to gondola and base of Peak 8. Two blocks from the park on Main Street. On-site hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

Excellent property. Close to downtown. Relatively easy access to ski resort, however it is a drive or shuttle if you have to get to Peak 8 for lessons. That slight inconvenience is offset by the walkability to downtown. Definitely need a noise machine at night as you could hear the people in the unit upstairs take every step.

Condo for skiing

Very convenient location for skiing and downtown. Take 4 o’clock run and cross the street to walk back to the condo. There is a shuttle across the street to take you to the snowflake lift. Downtown restaurants and bars are no more than a 10 min stroll. Place is a little outdated but very clean. Management was very easy to work with. Would stay here again.

Great location

This property is conveniently located to downtown. It is a little dated. Frying pans need to be replaced. Furniture is tired but functional. We didn't spend much time in the unit, it did suit our needs.

Myself and three friends stayed at this condo for weekend ski trip. The place was perfect. Nice large living space, kitchen and dining area. Two bedrooms with two beds in each room. Each bedroom had its own bath and shower. It was perfect for our group. Location was also great! Two blocks from snowflake lift. Or you can catch the ski bus to the lift in two different places right in front of condo. Ski rental right across the street. Main Street just short 1/4 mile walk away. Very very convenient.

Great location, just okay property

The condo is at a very convenient location right across from Breck Free Ride Bus, and walking distance to The Village and Main St. The only one Con would be that the property has no lobby to check in luggage. Therefore, you really have to time your arrival and departure very carefully. One more thing was one of the shower curtains had some weird brown stains on it.

Great location and comfortable condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. It was just as expected with 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and separate beds for all that were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and even small toiletries like a hotel. I will say that the sound insulation between the floors is not great and we could hear the people above us walking around - only an issue if you go to bed early or want to sleep late. There was plenty of space to spread out and store all our gear, as well as to warm/dry gloves, hats and boots by the fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils and large/small appliances- there was also dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and many basic dry condiments in the pantry (like salt, pepper, spices). The full washer/dryer was key, although it is in the 2nd bathroom and it would get hot in there while running. The only tub is in the master and is small, but still worked for a soak if you don’t want to go to the hot tub.We used the hot tubs a few times which are not too far from the condo, but do bring a robe. It was easy to catch the free bus at the edge of the parking lot and ski back there at the end of the day. We drove up in a car, but really didn’t need it much except to go to the grocery store. Main Street is just a block away so easy to walk for dinner or to pick up food. We had great communication about the unit - you get a text when it is ready with detailed instructions so you don’t have to go pick up a key. They also followed up to make sure everything is ok. Overall, I highly recommend!

Summit's Lack of Customer Care

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Due to weather, our flight to Colorado was cancelled, and there were no flights available for several days. Summit Mountain Rentals would not refund or credit any portion of our condo rental charges, even though it was totally out of our control. I understand cancellation policies exist so people are responsible when they initiate a rental, but in these circumstances, I feel Summit and other rental companies should work with you and not make money off of unfortunate circumstances. I will not use Summit again.

Great common areas, issues with bedrooms.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The common space of the home was great. Cute, comfortable and conducive to hanging out. The kitchen was also well stocked and totally sufficient for out trip. The balcony was pretty spacious and we loved the fireplace.The issues we had were with the bedrooms and bathrooms. 3 of the 4 beds are supposed to be twin beds, which was fine. We were a bunch of single girls so happy to have our own beds. I don't know what size mattresses these actually were, maybe staging furniture? It felt barely bigger than a toddler bed. They were so short we could not lie straight on them without a good foot of our body hanging off the end. We range in height from 5'3-5'8 so we are not giants? My son has a standard (Not XL) twin size bed at home that I fit perfectly on. This forced us to be on our sides at all times. Also the mattresses were so bouncy and squeaky and loud if you moved at all so we all slept horribly. The queen bed was quite comfortable, but it was at least a foot longer than the other beds.The other issue was the electrical. Neither outlet in either bathroom worked. The outlet in the living room made a sparking sound in hallway when we tried to use it and wouldn't keep a connection, so blow drying had to be done in the kitchen. Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo based on the beds because 3 of 4 could barely sleep here.
