Welcome to our charming 1940's cottage located in Newport’s historic Point District! This delightful home is perfect for both families and their furry friends. Pets stay free, with no additional pet fees, and all breeds and weights are welcome. Woof-:)
Step into the inviting living room, where a decorative non-working fireplace adds a touch of charm. Above it, you'll find a 42-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for cozy movie nights. Both bedrooms are equipped with its own TV and built-in DVD player, ensuring everyone has their own entertainment space. All TVs come with Roku live TV channels, and the high-speed internet and WiFi are ready for all your favorite streaming services. For music lovers, there's a Bose iPod docking station for high-quality listening.
The large, fenced in front and backyard is ideal for both family gatherings and pets to play. Enjoy a night out on the town while leaving your pets in a comfortable home away from home.. Located just two blocks from the water and a waterfront dog park, this cottage offers easy access to a boat ramp and is a short walk to Newport's fabulous restaurants and shops. The cottage is located in the historic point area with some of the best views. A quiet neighborhood, you're just minutes away from all the fun and excitement Newport has to offer. Take a walk to swim off Van Zandt pier, stroll along the seafront with your pet, or simply enjoy the rich history of Newport, RI. Weekly rates are available August $3,000.00 Monthly August rate is $9,000.00 this rate includes yard maintenance and housekeeping every week. Parking for two cars with a monthly stay. We pride ourselves with renting a pet friendly well furnished two bedroom home with no additional daily pet per nightly fees or an extra cleaning fee for your pets like a lot of pet friendly properties.
