This property was close to so many areas, which made it ideal! It was also very clean and had comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was well stocked and the back deck with the river view was perfect for a relaxing evening after hiking or exploring Este Park!

River’s Edge was perfect for our family. The house and location were beautiful and the. Proximity to RMNP and the downtown area of Estes Park was so convenient. We saw mule deer and a bull elk and bobcats in the neighborhood while there. Such wonderful surprises. The sound of the river right out back couldn’t be beat. We hope to be back soon! Thanks for everything!

Beautiful home right on the river. The beds were so comfortable, and sleeping with the upstairs balcony door open created a natural sound machine that was so relaxing. The home has everything you could possibly need for your stay. So thankful for the washer and dryer to stay caught up with our laundry as well. The owners are so kind and responsive. We will book again.

This house was great. Awesome amenities is well kept large but cozy. The management company and owners were very accommodating and we had a great weekend. Highly recommend staying here whether it’s two people or more.

Excellent Stay

The house and very clean and the beds were comfortable. Only a short drive to downtown and the views from the back deck were spectacular. A fantastic place to stay.

Very nice home, we highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We would love to stay in this home again. The low roar of the river was so relaxing especially at night.

Great place to stay right outside of Estes

Me and my friends enjoyed a weekend stay at this property right on Big Thompson River. Great location and very comfortable and clean home. Would definitely rebook in the future
