Great location. Close to town, and even closer to the Fall River park entrance. The house was clean and very well equipped. The large gathering areas, indoors and outdoors, made it easy to enjoy time with family. The creek, birds, and wildlife enhanced the experience even more, making for a very memorable vacation.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. It was nice to be the tiniest bit away from downtown Estes park because it felt calmer and quieter. It was very easy to get into Rocky Mountain national park from the house. We had a 10yr old and 7yr old and four adults and everyone was very comfortable. We would stay here again!

The place was nice location was excellent. The bathrooms were much smaller than I anticipated (bathtub was hard to get in and out of for elderly guest).

The cabin was incredibly cozy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking essentials, and we really appreciated all the toiletries and other little sundries provided. Fall River right outside is absolutely gorgeous, and it’s impossible to beat falling asleep to the sound of the water. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

We loved our stay at this cabin by the creek. The location is amazing, close to everything and the best part is the tranquility of the creek right next to the patio. The house / kitchen is very well stacked with everything one would need for a vacation stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, loved spending time at the fire place in the evening. We had a wonderful time. This was an amazing Vrbo. Spacious, clean, and a great location. Easy access to RMNP and a short drive to Estes. The beautiful creek running next to the property was so relaxing. I will be staying here again in the future.

The house was a great access point for the park. The condos across the creek came as a surprise. Check in was delayed due to a communication error and the smoke alarms expired during the stay but the owner responded promptly to both situations. All appliances worked well and the furniture was good. Only found 3-4 bath towels in the house which was surprising but we made due with the laundry machine.

We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s convenient access to the park and found the appliances and furniture to be in good working order. We’re sorry for the inconvenience with check-in and the smoke alarms. The check-in delay resulted from not having the required guest information we needed to provide the check-in code. We also reached out during the stay to check in and see if anything was needed, and there was never a mention of shortage of bath towels which would have been rectified . . . they most likely were in one of the bathroom vanities and if not, the cleaners would have brought them over. We provide 8 bath towels and there are an additional 6 hot tub towels. Regarding the condos across the creek, they are shown in the listing photos looking across the river and mentioned in the property description. Thank you again for your feedback and for recognizing our prompt response when issues were brought to our attention. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best.

This cabin was amazing! Beautiful setting, very clean, cozy, and comfortable. Well supplied with everything we needed! Lots of wildlife walking through the yard outside of our windows! Close to stores and restaurants as well trails and hiking spots! Host was very easy to communicate with.

This place was perfect for our family for the weekend! The whole place was supplied with everything you could need and more. The owner checked in and made sure the process from check in to check out was smooth. I have zero complaints and I most definitely would visit again!
