Very clean and well-kept space! Was very comfortable for all 5 people in our party. The property manager was a great resource and was very easy to contact.

1/4 mile from coffee shop. Take trail behind Crescent Spring (which is across street from house) to Crescent hotel) 10 minute walk to downtown. Trolley stop right outside house. Pleasant host. SUPPLIED COFFEE!!!!

The check in was fast and simple. There is on site parking for one vehicle. Quick answers to questions and great communication
Walking distance to the downtown area was very pleasant
Kids lived the outside sitting area

The location was great and the cottage itself was clean, but unfortunately, the property was not as expected. The refrigerator was not as pictured and was not functional during our stay. Additionally, the cottage relies on separate window AC units in each room, and even after running them for over two hours, the cottage had barely cooled down. It became unbearably hot, so we ultimately decided to leave and stay at another property instead. It was disappointing, as we were really looking forward to the ambiance of the cottage and its close proximity to downtown. That said, the property manager was communicative and helpful throughout the situation, and we were promptly refunded for our stay. We appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved.
