This condo is ON THE BEACH - AMAZING VIEWS!!

Updated 10th floor condo sits right on beach! Gorgeous full view of the Gulf where you can see dolphins from our balcony. Beautiful updated beach decor.

Very clean!

Pelican Beach Resort is one of the most popular resorts to stay in Destin ~ the perfect family destination.

Conveniently located near all activities such as: Big Kahuna Water Park (across the street) located near many seafood and family friendly restaurants! Retail shops, Silver Sands shopping outlet mall, & movie theaters.

One bedroom / two bath gulf front unit living area 873 sq. Ft. brand new queen sleeper sofa in living room. After making your way into the unit - you will notice the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony which has a view directly facing south.

Master bedroom has king bed, with private bath. Recessed bunks in the hall allow sleeping for the younger crowd, and a queen sleeper in the living room.

Fully functional kitchen, with full-size range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender. Wireless internet access, television with DVD. Fully stocked with linens and towels.

Pelican Beach Resort has 2 heated pools. Outdoor & indoor along with a kiddie pool & outside hot tub.

Wonderful time at the beach

The property was great, my wife kept telling people from back home how "cute" it was. She was delighted. The view was marvelous from the balcony the whole entire time. The property owner was fast and consistent in answering any questions as well as leaving suggestions that might make our stay more enjoyable. Anniversary trip

The condo was perfect for our anniversary trip. The owner was fantastic with communication prior to leaving and even checked on us while we were there. Location was incredible. We will be back!

Property was just as advertised. Very clean. Super close to ocean. Close to tons of things to do. We couldn't even do half the stuff on our list in 6 days. Staff was excellent. Finally property manager/owner was great to deal with. We were there during Milton and she reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you for a great experience.

Sunny days, relaxing stay

Our condo was very nice, king size bed pretty comfortable. Getting in touch with owner, great! Weather was the best ever! We really liked this property, especially the 2 large pools available. Also, it was in a central location, so easy to get around and close to dining and shopping.

Awesome

We had an amazing trip despite the storms from the hurricane! Our host was on top of helping us find things to do during our stay and responded promptly when we had a question! The condo was right on the beach and so easy to navigate. The pools were great and the tiki bar and cafe were awesome just wish the food was available a little later in the day !! Overall we have nothing but great things to say about Laura and her condo! 10/10 will stay here again!!

Perfect Getaway!

My partner and I stayed here for about a week around Labor Day. The condo was gorgeous with incredible views. We loved sitting out on the balcony and having coffee and breakfast each morning (even occasionally dolphin watching)! The host, Laura was incredibly communicative which made the check in and out process so easy. We will definitely be back again!

First off Laura was absolutely amazing!! She made sure that we got checked in with no issues and that the property was to our liking. The property was everything we expected and so much more!! The views are absolutely STUNNING and the property is conveniently located in the middle of everything, it took us no longer than about 10min to get to any of our destinations. If you’re heading to Destin, this is where you want to stay!!!

We loved our stay here. We had our 10 month old and 9 year old it was a great stay and in a convenient location. Everything was nice and clean and check in was super easy. 10/10 will be staying here next summer again.

Great Family Vaca Spot

Great vaca spot! Unit was clean and resort had everything that was promised. Multiple pools, beach access, area full of activities and restaraunts, etc. Would highly recommend!!!

Over all the stay was great!! Nothing to complain about. However the check in process was a nightmare. It was our honeymoon and we’re under 25. I wasn’t aware we needed a copy of our marriage license. Showed up to check in and was basically denied due to the fact we were under 25 (even tho I turn 25 on Aug. 30th). I explain that this was our honeymoon then they asked for our marriage licenses which we did not have. I had to massage the officiant and get him to send a picture. And we were finally able to check in.

Excellent stay!

Condo was clean, and property manager was easy to get in touch with and communicate with. Property had great amenities for adults and small children, and being able to rent beach chairs ahead of time allowed us to not be in any hurry on getting down to the beach each day. Hope to stay here again!

Great property!

Check in was seamless and even called when the condo was ready instead of having to wait until normal check in hours. The view from the balcony was amazing and the rooms were very clean and smelled great! Everything is within a 10 minute walk if traffic is bad which it was a holiday weekend when we stayed. Laura the property owner was very kind and reached out to us often to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend.
