Couple of minor cosmetics need repaired, water pressure not great and not Hot water also not great but everything else was wonderful and seamless. Nice pool, fishing dock was great and golf cart was a bonus. Pet friendly also was awesome because we travel everywhere with or pups All and all a Great family vaca in beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

Wonderful house on the bay and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bath and pool towels. The property is very well maintained and had everything we needed. The pool was amazing and having games such as shuffle board, put put, Corn hole was so much. Thanks to Tom for being a wonderful host.

This place was as beautiful as the pictures online - open stylish living space, and beautiful views of the intercostal. The living room area gave a front row seat to gorgeous sunrises. The house was well stocked with the things you need. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, etc. We did not have much need to communicate, but when we did the owners were very responsive and proactive. Great stay!!

Lovely home. Very spacious. I would not consider the "loft" a fifth bedroom. Needs better backyard shade.

Magical stay! Two families with four young kids spent the weekend here and it was perfect. The house had everything we needed, including plenty of toys and great amenities. The location was ideal..an easy walk to the beach, coffee, and restaurants..and the golf cart was a huge bonus. We loved the pool just as much as the beach, and even saw dolphins and a double rainbow during our stay. Both families had the time of our lives and would absolutely come back! In fact, I already rebooked for a weekend in April. There is no better option than this place - I’d give it 100 stars if I could.

Loved the house, it was by far our favorite house in the IRB area so far. The house was exactly as shown and described in pictures.
