Main Level Bedroom #1 - includes all White Pine custom made furniture with a log queen Bed, 6 drawer dresser, large cedar walk-in closet.

Main Level Bedroom #2 - is decorated with handmade Hickory furniture and includes a full and twin sized bed, tall dresser and closet. An Aero bed offers more sleeping space.

Lower level with 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom #3 - includes a queen bed and double hickory dresser.

Bedroom #4 has hickory Adirondack Hickory bunk beds and an Adirondack dresser.

Also in the Lower Level: A beautiful bathroom with glass and marble tiles and granite double vanity, and spacious family room with flat screen TV and new furniture.

Outdoors you can enjoy wonderful hikes throughout the High Peaks region. During Autumn, the Fall foliage is unbeatable! Spend hours exploring miles of connecting waterways in our kayaks and canoes, right from our dock. Fish for northern pike, large mouth bass, perch and pumpkin seed right off the dock. There are miles of hiking trails at the nearby Paul Smith's Visitors Interpretive Center. Enjoy the many fun-filled activities for families in nearby Saranac Lake Village and Lake Placid. RATE CHANGE AND TAX NOTIFICATION FOR 2022 AND BEYOND:
Daily rental rate: $675.00 per night, plus an additional 5% Occupancy Tax Fee imposed by Franklin County, plus $250.00 cleaning fee, plus $500.00 refundable security deposit. If you choose to pay via credit or debit card through VRBO.COM, they will add on the 5% Occupancy Tax in your payment. If you pay us directly with a personal check, I will add the 5% Occupancy Tax on to your rental rate.

** PLEASE NOTE** DUE TO COVID 19 Protocols, Five Pines does not provide linens for guest use. Guests will need to provide all bedding, blankets/sleeping bags, pillows, etc. Also, guests are to provide all bath towels for their stay.
