The condo is very well laid out for a one bedroom with bunks. Loved the beach look and very updated. This condo is in a perfect location between Destin and Seaside. It’s just 10 minutes either way. Very comfortable bed and great view from the patio. And super easy quick walk to the beach. We will definitely be stay here again. Thanks Randy and LeaAnn for a beautiful place to stay on 30A!!!

This first floor condo is perfect for a beach getaway! Just steps from the beautiful white sands of Santa Rosa Beach!! The condo was very clean and well stocked!! The host was very easy to work with and checked in on us with the impending hurricane. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo in a great location! Hosts were communicative and accommodating. This is our second year staying at Gulf Place and we would absolutely book this condo again!

We had a perfect stay at this property. There was good communication with the host, the property was clean and comfortable, the location is adjacent to parking and the pool and close to the beach, the 30A bike path, restaurants and shopping. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean and quiet area, very beautiful. Everything you need is within walking distance if you don’t want to leave Santa Rosa for the day. The condo we stayed in was in perfect distance of the beach. However, they have shrunk the area for public access if you want to bring your own chairs to the beach.

Perfect location in close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The private beach access allowed for a relaxed and less busy beach experience. The host Randy was pleasant to work with and the condo was decorated tastefully. We would stay again.

Great location and super clean, updated condo. We enjoyed all the amenities of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. The host was super informative and always so helpful. The pool was right outside the back porch and the beach was only a few steps away too. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice central location. Very walkable or short drive to popular destinations. Hosts are very attentive and accommodating. We enjoyed our 7-night stay.

The condo was across the street from the beach access but it was a very short walk to get there. The owners have provided so many nice things and anticipated any needs we might have had. I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable accommodation!!

The cabana pool was closed for repair, but you could use the hot tub. We used the other two pools, they were nice!

Dorothy, thanks for the kind texts that our place is "wonderful". There are 3 nice pools for use at the complex, with Jacuzzi's at the two closest pool areas. Hopefully the pool area at our building will be finished very soon. We really appreciate you all staying with us !!
