The Space:

It's time to enjoy Sterling Breeze 1203, a top-notch, Gulf-front condo that's perfect for your next vacation to Panama City Beach. With breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, this 12th-floor retreat will make all of your worries slip away. Enjoy a full kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning to welcome you home from the beach each afternoon, and wonderful on-site amenities that include a pool, hot tub, and 24-hour fitness center.



Sterling Breeze offers fantastic resort-style amenities, including a hot tub, a large infinity pool (heated seasonally), a gym, and direct access to the white sand beach. Also on the grounds is a snack bar/grill that serves delicious food and beverages. You'll be a half-mile stroll from Pier Park, where you'll find theme-park-style attractions, great shopping, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The condo is also only one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, and four miles northwest of Shipwreck Island Waterpark.



Guests must pay a $50 registration fee per vehicle for parking and amenities

The place was ok for the price. Great view! Some things need updating in the unit. When we tried to call for questions about the cart rentals, they said they’d call us back and never did, and cleaning crew showed up 40 min before checkout so we felt a little rushed. They also don’t have any comforters, so make sure to bring your own.

Beautiful area. Close to PCB Pier for shopping. Dusty's oyster bar right across the street. And a bargain $1 shop right across the street.

Fabulous condo

This property was absolutely amazing! The photos didn’t do it justice. It was incredibly clean, I love the close parking with the crosswalk and the VACASA staff was so nice. Wonderful property I would recommend to anyone

One of our best vacations in Panama City Beach

We had a fantastic time at the Sterling Breeze. The condo was clean and cozy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have decided we like the location as it's passed Pier Park and a little bit quieter than our previous accommodations. The staff was impeccable and the amenities were well taken care of. The hot tub is quite large and the general design was especially comfortable. The same could be said for the pool. Thank you for letting us enjoy this location.

Great stay in Panama City Beach

Ideal location within walking distance of pier. Condo was clean and everything we expected. Would be pleased to use them again. Only complaint was the hassle with wearing an wristband at the pool.
