Fantastic Stay in Naples – Perfect Location & Condo

Our stay at this VRBO rental in Naples was absolutely perfect! The condo had everything we needed and beautifully maintained, making it the ideal home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the stylish decor to the comfortable furnishings to all the beach gear like chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler.The location couldn’t be better—just steps to the beach, right near 3rd Street’s fantastic dining and shopping, and only a mile walk to the vibrant 5th Avenue. We loved being able to start our mornings with a beach stroll and end our evenings exploring all that Naples has to offer.A huge shoutout to our amazing host, Kristin! She was so friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. Her hospitality truly made a difference.If you’re looking for a charming place in an unbeatable location, this is it! We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location! Three minute walk to the beach. Five minute walk to 3rd Avenue shops and restaurants. Unit is mostly updated. Kristen, the manager, was very responsive and solved our internet issue quickly. Prime location!!

Exquisite LOCATION!!

The condo is perfectly located in Naples. One block from the beach and 2 blocks from lovely restaurants and shops on Third! Kristin, the owner, was very easy to reach with any questions we had. The assigned condo parking space was very convenient. The photos very accurately show the condo- well represented!!

Love it here!

This was our second time staying in this unit, as we love the location of it (in the building itself and the close proximity of it to the beach and 3rd St). The unit is fabulous and fully stocked with everything you need. The owner, Kristin, is very responsive and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spring Break 2022

Always great to stay at the Mariner in Naples. Cannot beat the location. Our teenagers love being able to walk everywhere.

Disappointed!

The location is the best thing about this place. It would have been a lot better if cleaned properly especially in the kitchen. Old moldy food was inside the silverware tray, and the coffee pot was filthy. We also had a lot of ants in the kitchen, hallway, large bathroom and bedroom. The larger bathroom had a lot of black mold on the inside of the sliding door for the tub. There was mold and hair on the wall as well.

Naples Mariner Condo

This is a great condo in Old Naples. The beach is a block away, 3rd Street restaurants are a 2 minute walk - very safe, very bright. The condo is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, beautiful linens. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

Old Naples Beach

Great location for beach time. Great restaurants and shopping within a 5 minutes walk. Surprised to see that all garbage including recyclables had to be dumped in the same container which was located in the parking lot behind the common pool area.

Best location you’ll find in Naples

Location is everything and this is the place. Walk to everything including beach, shops, and dining in Old Naples. Add in a pool, lush courtyard, and cool architecture vibes of a 60’s hotel and you can’t ask for much more. Kristin is a great host and very quickly took care of a couple small things for us on check-in. Highly recommended!

Wow! Just SPECTACULAR!

The location of this property was spectacular! First of all, this is a corner unit (closest to beach side) so both bedrooms have windows on two walls. The master has four windows with lots of sunshine (twin bed room lots of sun too). Across from this unit is a vacant community room so we essentially had the most private condo in the building. One block (maybe 2 minute walk to the beach) and two block walk to 3rd Street South, Old Naples (think Charleston, SC). The condo is small, but very cozy, clean, nicely decorated and quiet. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooking supplies (note: there is a stove top, microwave but no oven). Plenty of restaurants nearby (Jane’s Garden Cafe is a must for breakfast/brunch). Kristin (owner) was extremely quick to respond to any and all questions. The laundry facility is on same level and about 6 doors down. There is an app to use for wash & dry (hugely convenient; Washco Pay app) so no need for acquiring quarters. The pool is clean, deep (7ft 9inches) and beautifully warm for morning and evening swims. This condo and development was clean, quiet, convenient and you will not find another building available for rent that is this close to the beach (and you will be surrounded by beautiful homes that are millions of dollars. So fun to walk around and look). We left a drying rack which is perfect for bathing suits (condo does not allow towels hanging over outdoor railings and rightfully so as it would detract from the presentation. Good rule!). King bed in master, two twins in other room. Very comfortable beds with very comfortable pillows! We tried to book this unit for next March, but it was already booked so book quickly! You do not want to miss it.

Great location!

We have stayed at The Mariner before but never in this unit. The location of the unit was fabulous - corner unit on the second floor with an outdoor seating area (this was for all tenants). The unit was clean and bright and the location is perfect - so close to the pier and Third Street! Just a few things that we noticed - there was no soap for the shower, kleenex or hand towels (to me, bath towels and washcloths(which to be fair we did have plenty of) do not qualify as hand towels). Other than that, our stay was great! I would not hesitate to book this unit again!

Awesome condo & location

This is a lovely condo in a beautiful area of Naples. The beach is a block away, Naples pier right down the street, pool on property which is well kept & not crowded even at the height of the season. The condo is very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, beautiful linens. Owner is quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend! We will be back!!

Absolutely beautiful time in old Naples!

Adorable small condo in the perfect location in old Naples. Not even a block to the beach! Beautiful heated pool.... plus very quiet! Also...great beach chairs and plenty of beach towels furnished by owner. Quick walk to lots of great restaurants and shops! It was perfect!

Going back to Old Naples

Very nice. The pier and and wonderful beaches are very close. Great restaurants nearby, and did get to two of them before they closed due to coronovirus. The pool is especially nice. We really enjoyed our week stay.
