Perfect location! 1 block to beach & 2 blocks to shops/restaurants. Very clean & loved that they provided beach chairs & umbrella! New furniture was nice. Just needs a couple more bed pillows pool was also really nice & clean

Our favorite vacation spot

It was so beautiful and we hope we will be able to go back many more times. ( We were fortunate to be there just before all the restaurants and beaches had to.close)

I believe I was way overcharged for my stay. One good thing is proximity to beach and great restaurants, but the condo is basically a motel room.

Old Naples

I loved every minute of this trip from the walks to and from Naples Pier, to shops restaurants and time with my local family. This is a special gem, lovely, clean, quiet and oh the pool was great also.

The location was great! Our room was very new looking and pretty!

Beautiful!

Perfectly located apartment, so cute and very nicely decorated. It was very well stocked and the beach umbrella and chairs were a great addition. We had a lovely stay at this unit and we will definitely come back.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay and especially the very short walk to the beach, we watched the sunset every night. Loved having the beach chairs and towels available. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. The restaurants and shopping on 3rd were so close and walkable too! We had a great time, thank you!!

Ideally located

The next time we come down we will not rent a car. This location is perfect and within walking distance of the beach, shopping, great restaurants. And we met lots of new friends!

Perfect gateway!!!

The condo is small but perfect for up to 4 people, very well equipped, comfortable, perfectly located, few steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. Supermarket 10 min driving. The management people very nice and easily reachable. We love all about it!!! We’ll be back soon for sure!

Cute, clean, and close to the beach

Overall great. Tried contact manager a couple of times but never got an answer. Other than that, a great experience and value.

Amazing location!

This could not be in a better location! 10/10! Will definitely be back in the future. Perfect studio steps away from Naples pier. No worries about the parking hassle. Very conveniently located to such a beautiful beach! Glad we rented a car for some of the further locations we wanted to visit but if we hadn’t it also would have been easy to get what we needed. Thank you so much Tony!

Slightly Disappointed

This was a great location but I found the property to be a bit run down and in need of updating. One window has flimsy locks and the other window (overlooking an alley and a public parking lot) didn’t lock at all. For my next trip I’ll probably stay elsewhere.

Carrie, the homeowner would like to share the following message: "The entire unit, except the kitchen, was fully renovated less than 1 year ago, exactly as pictured. The photos are new and accurate. The unit is located in the heart of downtown Old Naples. There is a parking lot next door, which you can see from a small kitchen window. However and most importantly, the front of the unit (living room with multiple windows) faces a beautiful sunny courtyard and is 100 yards from Naples beach and pier. The neighborhood of downtown Naples is a high-end suburban area that is extremely safe. We have never received any complaints regarding safety before, but we're sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations." Best, the Evolve Team

Overpriced

Great location - property overpriced: tub/shower does not drain. Couch and chairs dirty, small tv. You have to undo bad and toss garbage before you leaving… Not going back

We wanted to address the items that you mentioned: -We wish you had let us know while we were in contact with you during your stay that there was a concern with the tub not draining, as we would have been happy to take care of this for you right away. We have taken care of it and the drain is now working properly. -The entire property is thoroughly cleaned by our professional cleaning team before each guest's stay, however, we would have been happy to take care of anything that was out of place. -We don't ask our guests to strip the linens, but we do ask guests to take out their trash before leaving. This request is standard for the rental industry. -The property is as shown on the listing, including the TV. Our studio is newly renovated, and all photos are up to date and accurate. We want all of our guests to have a great stay, so if there is ever anything we can do to make your stay better, please don't hesitate to let us know!"

Location, location, location

Literally steps from the closest parking lot that services Naples Pier. Incredibly convenient to the beach and the Old Town (less than 5-minute walk to coffee shop and bakery to start the day). While the Condo building itself is dated, it is well-maintained, and the unit itself was nicely updated and very efficient as the pictures depict; the fold-out sofa was easy to use and very comfortable (overall, adequate space for the 3 of us). Coin laundry upstairs and a beach equipment locker (our beach chairs and the small umbrella had certainly seen better days - would recommend replacement). We would definitely book this unit again without any hesitation -- a "little" jewel surrounded by multi-million home jewels. Thanks very much for a great visit!
