This second story condo has been renovated and completed late December 2018. The property is located on the west side of Gulf Shore Blvd and located by the Naples Pier( to be rebuilt) and Beach.

This second story condo (has a common elevator) offers that Florida Feeling Vacation Vibe. One block to an easy access beach entrance and one block from wonderful shoppes and restaurants.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed, and the secondary room offers 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a king sized bed as well.

The living room offers a quality queen sofa sleeper to provide more space for a comfortable night's rest.

We had a wonderful stay in Naples ! Our condo was perfect, within walking distance to the beach ( 2-3 mins ) as was shopping and restaurants. Check in and out went very smooth - Mary is an excellent hostess -! We hope to return in the future :)

Great location very close to the beach and shopping/ restaurant areas. Condo was very clean, and it was so convenient to have linens, towels, soap, etc. We enjoyed the condo pool too. Great communication with Mary!

This was our 2nd and not last visit to this property. While the building is dated, we love the Naples charm that’s so hard to find. The unit is immaculate, quiet, and comfy. And the location can’t be beat. Thank to the owner for being so accommodating! See you next year!

Great Location

Condo was nicely decorated and clean. Owner provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location can't be beat! Was one of the best vacations our family has had. Would definitely book again.

Amazing location!

Thank you so much Mary for sharing your wonderful property with us! The location was top notch, an easy two minute walk to the gorgeous beach. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The decor has a great beach vibe. Great restaurants nearby. We had an awesome stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

April Visit with Friends

Stayed 3 nights to visit friends in Naples. Location was perfect. Quiet area, short walk to beach, convenient to many restaurants and shops. Condo was perfect, well maintained, beautifully decorated, well supplied with beach items, pool was nice as well. We loved it!

Wonderful beach getaway!

The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the beach. The rental was clean and well-maintained—all the amenities we needed, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The highlight was the short walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this rental for a perfect vacation getaway.

Lovely apartment-perfect location

This unit is adorable and our communication with the owner made the entire process and stay seamless. It had everything we needed for a week at the beach without having to bring our own stuff. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our family highly recommends it!

Old Naples Gem April 2024

Quiet and safe neighborhood with a short walk to the beautiful beach, fine dining and exclusive shopping. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked— the property is exactly as pictured. The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend and would definitely stay at this property again!

Everything was great for our six night stay.We did not want for anything as the unit is SO well equipped and included many, many extras! Just two of us , but having 2 bathrooms is a bonus which makes this perfect for couples. The king bed is so,so comfy.We loved the pool area and the whole vibe of the complex. This location can’t be beat.The place was immaculate upon arrival..that’s very important to us and it was spotless! Mary was in contact prior to arrival, after arrival, and before we departed but you can contact her anytime if needed. Much appreciated. A/5 Stars

Exceeded our expectations

Mary could not have been a more accommodating or kind host. The location of the condo was outstanding. It was clean, cute and quiet. My husband and I couldn’t have wanted for anything else for a stay in Naples. Finding Mary and this place exceeded our expectations. We made a new friend and will return!Highly recommend!

This condo is our favorite place to stay in Naples! The location is perfect—just one block from the beach and about the same distance to several great restaurants and stores. You really can’t beat the convenience.The condo is comfortable and well-kept, and the owner is very responsive to any questions and attentive in ensuring we had everything we needed, and that check-in went smoothly.Overall, it made for another wonderful trip. We always enjoy our time here and can’t wait to come back again!! Highly recommend!!

Amazing Naples Weekend!

Can’t say enough about our stay at Mary’s unit. The decor, the comfort, the updates, the cleanliness and the location. Just great being one block from the beach and fighting for a parking spot. Mary was the absolute best host I have ever worked with on any rental platform. Highly recommend!
