The place was great and they all handled the hurricane issues really well. What bothered me was how outdated all the furniture and appliances were. There was some kind of blood colered grime on the top of the dryer. The kitchen had very little utensils we actually needed. No spatulas no pizza cutters. Not really what I would call a kitchen ready to cook in. not enough forks for the residents it can host. I just expected there to be more thoughtfully stocked kitchen according to how it was listed. The floors all had a greasy feel to them and you had to walk around with shoes on constantly. The room itself was nice I can tell the building and unit was outdated and expected a little more care and cleanliness and useful items based on the price of the unit to rent. There was only 2 functional elevas at any gin time our entire stay. Most of our time leaving the room and getting back was not easy and we had to wait for the elevator a lot.

I loved the views from this unit. The floor to ceiling windows are amazing!!! Wish there was balcony access from primary bedroom to the balcony. The unit was beautifully decorated and was very clean. I appreciated the wheelchair at the garage dropoff since the walk from the garage to the elevators can be a bit much for seniors. THe location was great being close to major children attractions, The onsite check in process took me awhile to do on the monitor so I would suggest pre-registration. Overall, I enjoyed the resort and would stay again,

Unit was way bigger than the pictures showed. We were very surprised when we walked in. Very clean and the view was amazing. The resort was awesome with the Starbucks on site and multiple pool options. Perfect location close to pier park and most restaurants. Will book here again.
