Beachfront Premium Unit A Must See Oversized Balcony /Beach Chairs Included

Unit 1804 in Twin Palms. Reserved parking, Reserved Beach Chairs, Beautiful Condo. We hope you feel relaxed and blissful during your stay. This is a beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with no expense spared to provide for your comfort and vacation.

The Master has a King size bed with luxurious bedding and a brand new mattress. Perfect to sink into after a sun soaked day at the beach. The master bath has a beautiful floor to ceiling tile shower with a spa vibe. We hope you appreciate the detail as much as we do.

The 'Kids room' fits 2 Queen beds comfortably and they too are brand new down to the sheets. The 'kids bathroom' also got an upgrade with a new vanity and bead board to give it that beach vibe.

Each room offers flat screen TV's. There is a brand new sectional sofa in the living room to allow 6 to rest their heads from a day at play on the sugary white sands and in the crystal blue waters. The unit is equipped with wireless to keep you up to date with the 'outside world' while on vacation. There is a 50' Flat screen in the living room along with board games and a video library to occupy your time if you must stay in from too much fun in the sun.

Brand new Stainless Steel appliances will make your work in the kitchen less of a chore and more of a joy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to make family meals or a 'low country boil'.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Unit also has a reserved parking space near elevator. One beach service chair rental set-up is included (during beach service season, 1 Mar - 30 Oct).

This is our personal condo that we enjoy with our family. We have designed this around our families needs and hope that it will meets yours as well. We hope you enjoy your stay and come back and see us!

This condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and loved spotting dolphins every morning as we ate our breakfast. This was our first time visiting PCB and we will definitely be back!

Gorgeous condo

The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. All of us sleep like babies! The kitchen appliances are great and they provided everything you need to cook a great meal. The view is breathtaking, and we saw wildlife everyday. The beach chairs and umbrella were appreciated. Everything was what we wanted for our family vacation! The owners are very responsive, and we were able to get into the unit early.

My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very nice and well kept. The balcony was very spacious with a great view. The owners are extremely responsive with any issues or concerns. It’s within walking distance on the beach to Pineapple Willie’s and ice cream from Beach Cow Creamery is right across the street. The included beach chair service and dedicated parking spot was a nice plus and very convenient. I highly recommend this place as your next beach getaway. We have experienced other condos in the past that can get pretty rowdy at night but Twin Palms is very well managed. Family friendly!

Property was wonderful! Clean, great linens, execellent communication with owner, fast elevators, perfect views of the gulf. We saw stingrays and dolphins from the balcony daily. Condo updates were great.loved our stay.

Perfection in all ways!

This was one of if not the most enioyable experience i've had in my 20 years or going to PCB. The unit was spotless and had all the things you hope for when renting for a family vacation. Full kitchen, comfy beds, good sheets, good towels, games, books, big TVs, HUGE balcony with storage and enough room for the entire family to eat out there. We will definitely be back in the future. p.s. There is also a new ice cream shop opening directly across the street!

Perfect for our family!!

Perfect location in my opinion close to Pineapple Willys and surf shops. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very nice and got us in early around 12 which was nice because we drove through the night. We loved it!

I've been coming for 30+ years and this was has become my favorite place! Love everything about this resort: beach, service, groundscare, security, pool, the guests, and so much more on top of the beautiful condo and ideal location. We'll be back!

Beautiful condo, great location!

Condo is very beautifully decorated and clean. The balcony is very big with a wonderful view of the beach. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick meal. As a family of 6 we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Owner is very responsive if you need anything.

Great Condo

Our stay was wonderful, and the condo and it's view was great. Everything that wasn't great was out of the owner's hands, i.e. the cleaning personnel, but I would definitely recommend and would stay again. The parking was very convenient, the location of the condo is great, having the beach chairs every day was perfect. We all enjoyed ourselves.

Great place, comfy beds, communication w owner was fabulous!

Great location w nice balcony and furniture. Kitchen well stocked, communication with owner was fabulous. Linens was above average. No beach towels so make sure you bring you own. Everything matched description no surprises. Vaccum cleaner may need filter change as it didnt pick up sand great.

Beautiful beachfront condo

We had a great stay at Twin Palms. The condo was beautifully decorated and we were so pleased with everything. We arrived early and Mr Hanig was so accommodating! He arranged to get the condo cleaned earlier than expected and we were able to get checked in long before the normal checkin time! That was great after a long car ride down! The condo is in walking distance of most anything you would need. I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful vacation stay

We loved the unit. Ample towels and kitchen items. The unit was clean and well maintained! The parking was awesome. Literally our only complaint was the sheer number of codes to remember to park and get in the unit along with a master bed that could use some tlc. We had a truly amazing vacation. I loved spending every morning out on the balcony watching dolphins splash.

Perfect

The condo was exactly as described. The pictures match. We thoroughly enjoyed this location, but especially the room itself. The beds were so comfortable, the bathroom towels weren't the cheap towels, even the mats in the bathrooms were super soft😆. The seating on the balcony is perfect. We got to see dolphins, even a shark or two from the balcony. We loved the location. It wasn't loud or noisy, you feel very secure. Red tide was in, so We definitely spent some time in the room taking breaks. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. My husband says we will definitely be back to stay. Look for us in the future!

Where do I begin…?

We drove from MI to stay at this property , and left a day early unsure if we were going to be able to drive straight through. (Which we did, so now we were in Florida a day earlier than anticipated.) Hoping we could check in early , we lucked out and got the best HOST , Bill , who made it happen for us! He made it so smooth for us, and we were so very thankful. After a long journey, to be able to enter immediately upon arrival was HUGE for us. The unit was gorgeous upon arrival. That balcony view,…WOW! Modern decor, and very well equipped from kitchen supplies, to beach chairs, toys for kids, ect! We would recommend this property to anyone. Great location, and we will definitely return to this property! Many thanks to this AMAZING host, and this BEAUTIFUL rental!

We love the location, secured parking, oversized balcony and reserved parking spot. The view is beautiful with both the family room and master bedroom opening up to the balcony and the spectacular view. This condo has tiled walk-in shower in master bath and upgrades throughout. Take the time to look at the pictures!
