Newly renovated and located on the private side, it feels like a paradise resort with two kitchens and two dining areas perfect for groups that want to come together, yet desire their own space on vacation. Lots of fun with two game rooms, a sandy beach, a large boat dock, a fire pit, a sandy beach, a volleyball court, a gas grill, fishing, kayaking, pedal boating, and much more!

Conveniently situated on Lake Anna's private side, this home is next to Dike Two, making it the perfect place to sit on the dock and watch the fireworks on July 4th. A private community boat launch is available upon request (there is a dock to tie up to at the house).

Things to Know
Paddle Boards are available!
All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License.
All fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License.

This was an amazing family vacation spot. The kids loved playing in the water and we were able to spend time together. This has been our first family vacation in a decade! Will definitely come back to this place!

Great Vacation

The property and house were perfect for our vacation. The only downside was check in was delayed because the house was still being cleaned.

Excellent Location

Excellent Location on the Private side of Lake Anna. House was great, dock was great. We also rented a very nice pontoon boat from the homeowner. My family had an excellent vacation here and will be returning for sure.

Overall the stay was fantastic. The lake was very warm so that was disappointing. Most days it was 86 degrees in the water. Not refreshing to be able to swim. The house, game room etc was lots of fun.

Great Family Trip

We really enjoyed the home. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The updated master bathroom was a great plus. All kitchen utensils and extras provided throughout the home made things a lot easier. Great for kids and the adults.

The home had a great view of the lake and was very quiet and relaxing. We were able to comfortably fit ten with even room for a few more.

Very nice home. We didn’t realize the game room was in the garage. The listing mentioned a boat included but that was not the case. The home was a great layout for us. Would defiantly rent it again.
