The property was as described, very clean. We did not have a problem with the parking. We were able to find a place to park within a very short walk, and some days right in front. Beautiful sunset about a 100 yards away. We really enjoyed our visit. Evan was a great host.

The positive aspects include the decor, the size, the location of the apartment, in terms of walking distance to town, and two comfortable beds. I would also add under positives that the amenities that were included in this lodging are well chosen...the pots and pans the dishware the glassware look new and well-kept.The negatives: I would describe this lodging as sparsely supplied. Many items usually included in most rentals, especially at this rate, in this area, do include a microwave, or at least a kettle for warming water to accommodate people who drink tea. There is no dish drainer and of all things, for people on vacation, no corkscrew. I had made assumptions, so it's on me that I did not realize that in this apartment there would be no microwave. I also thought this was a house and not an apartment. The pathway to the apartment is not particularly attractive, which was disappointing since I did the research to come up with a place for myself and a roommate to stay. For the money I thought it would be more impressive. Also it is in the flight path and since I hadn't thoroughly read all the reviews, I don't know if that was covered. But it became annoying to me. Mostly my disappointment centers around the lack of amenities for the nightly price of this apartment compared to others in the area and the constant noise from the planes flying overhead.

Thank you for the review. I am sorry you thought my space was sparsely supplied! All amenities are clearly laid out in the listing. Also, this is a great apartment and the approach to it is plenty nice! I don't think anyone has ever thought the pathway was not attractive. I can understand it is different than approaching a house. This is a great spot steps away from the ocean and incredible views. And a short walk away from the middle of ocean beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Evan’s property! It was very clean,updated easy to get to the ocean! Wish it had a microwave - only improvement I can suggest.
