Mere blocks from downtown Dewey Beach and in a quiet neighborhood, this vacation rental is the perfect retreat for a family getaway or a relaxing trip with friends. With shops, bars, restaurants, a brewery, and the famous Bottle and Cork live entertainment venue just a short walk away, you'll have plenty of options for fun and dining. Explore the area on the adult bikes available for guest use or enjoy a day at the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Spend mellow afternoons paddling the canoe on Rehoboth Bay via the watercraft launch nearby. Inside, you'll find a vast, comfortable living space and coastal decor befitting your location near the water. Lounge comfortably watching your favorite shows on TV (streaming services available with guests' own accounts, no cable) or head over to the other living space and curl up with a good book as the electric fireplace creates a homey ambience. Have a game of fetch in the fenced in backyard in this dog-friendly home. When you and your guests are hungry, the well-equipped kitchen has you covered whether you simply want a snack or a hearty meal. Indulge together at the table or dine in the sunroom to feel the sun on your face as you eat. For fun evenings in, host a game night with the provided board games. Perfect for the family

309 Salisbury was perfect for our family. Was in quiet neighborhood but easy walk to busy part of Dewey Beach. Plenty of room for us and the fenced in yard was great for the dogs.

Great family vacation house

Very roomy. We like to cook in and had no trouble finding pots and pans to use. Great fenced in yard for our pup. The sunroom was a perfect family and friends gathering area. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing home!

This house is phenomenal! We are already looking at booking again soon. The house is spacious, kitchen well stocked, and very conveniently located. This place is a steal for the price it’s rented at!

Great place! Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy to bike around and get where you need to! Garage was a perfect place to store the bikes and an added bonus for sure!

309 Salisbury beach week

We had an excellent experience in this house. Walkable distance to everything in Dewey, resources available were tremendous. The neighbors were all great people and the price was right for 6 of us staying there for 4th of July weekend! Would highly recommend !!

Great weekend stay with dogs

We stayed for 3 nights to attend an event in Dewey Beach with our dogs. The house is just a few blocks from the beach, so it’s completely walkable. We enjoyed it being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle, and loved the quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed.The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs, who enjoyed being able to go outside without a leash. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Nice home that can use some slight improvements!

Pros: 1) Home is in agreat location and has nice open layout that allows for families to socialize all together. 2) Full bathrooms are a good size. 3) Nice neighborhood with a short walk (~10 min) to the beach and Jolly Trolley if you want to head to the Rehobeth boardwalk/shops. There is a boat launch at the end of the street to the bay for the canoe that comes with the house. 4) Nice flat, fenced backyard with great outdoor shower and Blackstone grill. 5) Extra fridge and beach supplies in the garage are appreciated! Cons: 1) House could use a deep clean in the kitchen and bathrooms. 2) It would have been nice to have a starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We only had what was on the toilet paper and paper towel holders and some of it was already used. 3) The bedroom carpets are dirty and stained, and the some of the beds are old and uncomfortable. Overall, our family had a nice stay and the house was (for the most part) comfortable. The location and neighborhood is great and we loved being able to walk to the beach and use the Jolly Trolley for boardwalk transportation. We had a problem with our automatic locking front door about midway during our stay. We contacted the property management company via text and after many exchanges back and forth, I realized that the responses were automated after I received a text that said it was "Awesome to hear" that our door issue was not resolved. None of the instructions they provided to fixed the problem and the "local team" they said they dispatched never showed up. We were unable to lock the front door for the last two days of our stay. We had to leave the house unlocked when we left for dinner and overnight, which is huge safety concern! Hopefully, it is fixed for future guests.

It’s great to know the walk to the beach and access to the Jolly Trolley added to your experience. That said, we truly apologize for the issues you encountered, especially with cleanliness, limited starter supplies, and the frustrating situation with the front door. Not being able to lock the home is definitely a serious concern, and we understand how unsettling that must have been.
