Set on a quiet stretch of Manhattan Avenue, this home places you in one of the South Bay’s most sought-after locations — the kind of breezy, sand-between-your-toes neighborhood locals love to keep to themselves. The home itself keeps things easy — two bedrooms, each with a king bed, two full baths, and a sun-washed living space anchored by a comfortable leather sofa and a TV for slow mornings or post-beach wind-downs. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you'd want for a casual breakfast or a stay-in dinner, including a gas range and a breakfast bar with stools for coffee, conversation, or that first glass of wine while someone finishes plating. A dedicated dining nook gives you a proper spot to sit down together. Two portable standalone A/C units keep the home comfortable no matter how warm the day turns.

The real draw, of course, is the location. Just one house north, you'll find the entrance to 28th Street, while nearby 29th Street offers one of Manhattan Beach’s beloved walk streets lined with surfboards leaning against fences and bougainvillea spilling over hedges, leading straight to The Strand and the sand. From there, it's a flat, breezy stroll south along the path to the Manhattan Beach Pier, where you'll find the free Roundhouse Aquarium at the end and some of the best sunsets in Southern California. Bruce’s Beach, with its grassy hillside perfect for a picnic or sunset hang, sits just half a block south. Up the hill, downtown Manhattan Beach hums with the kind of restaurants, coffee shops, surf stores, and boutiques that make this stretch of coastline feel less like a beach town and more like a neighborhood you'd happily live in.

Home Truths:
- Pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Nearby construction and street improvement work around Bruce’s Beach, Manhattan Avenue, and surrounding streets may cause intermittent daytime noise during your stay.
- Each bedroom also has a sound/noise machine with multiple sleep sounds.
- The home is heated by wall heaters (no central heating system)
- Bedding Details: One mattress is a foam/Tempur-Pedic-style mattress, and the other is a pillow-top spring mattress. 100% Cotton Sheets.

Parking Details:
- One medium-sized vehicle can be accommodated in the garage.
- Please note that cars must be parked inside the garage at all times.
- Vehicles are not permitted to be left in the driveway. Street parking in this neighborhood is extremely limited and can be difficult to find, so we recommend planning ahead if you're traveling with more than one car.
- For larger groups or additional vehicles, rideshare or public parking lots near downtown Manhattan Beach are good options to consider.
- Please check all posted overnight parking signs and local neighborhood rules, as parking restrictions are strictly enforced.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
