This house was the cleanest and most comfortable and well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and well groomed. Front porch and back deck are cozy. We only stayed one night and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend! The host was accommodating.

no Television but the most stocked house I have rented very clean needs better water pressure

Thank you for the feedback. We take pride in keeping the house clean & comfortable for every guest. The water pressure issue is resolved with an increased routine water filter change.

This house was excellent. Very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need. Also had plenty of towels for the family. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet. Very easy to get to Penn Yan by car in a few minutes. We will definitely rent this property again.

We really enjoyed this house. It was very clean and comfortable. We were only there one night and didn't get there until dark. If we had more time we would have loved to enjoy the deck and the rocking chairs on the covered front porch. It took us a little bit to figure out how to get into the house but we called the building manager and she was very responsive. This was a beautiful property!

Our group of 4 older women stayed for 2 nights. The home was very clean, exactly as pictured online. The kitchen was stocked with enough equipment for a family reunion! In addition, there were spices, oil, sugar, coffees, and many other items. Towels, blankets, and pillows were plentiful. We did have some difficulty with the garage doors and reported that to Lucille. It didn't impact our stay. We would stay there again!
