Summary:

When it comes to Downtown Seattle, you will be hard-pressed to find a better location than this. Sitting mere steps from the hustle and bustle of Pike Place Market, you will have no trouble filling each day visiting famous Seattle attractions you don't want to miss including the Seattle Art Museum, the Seattle waterfront, shopping galore, and fantastic restaurants. Not to mention, you can even hop on the ferry for a fun adventure to the nearby islands!



The Space:

Though you will have ample exciting options nearby, you don't have to leave the building for fun right at your fingertips. Bring your swimsuit along and take a dip in the shared pool or hot tub on the fourth floor. Or, simply relax in the living area and soak in the amazing ocean and city views through the floor-to-ceiling windows. If you don't feel like heading out when everyone builds up an appetite, there will be no need to worry because a full kitchen awaits with modern appliances, bar seating, and all of the cookware needed for your favorite recipes. Guests can enjoy playing their favorite tunes on the surround sound audio system, with a bluetooth receiver in the main bedroom. City Stunner was the perfect location. Close to most of what we wanted to see.

Fabulous views, perfect location

We really enjoyed our week’s stay; super comfy layout, everything we needed - and more. Enjoyed the location and beautiful sunsets. Property manager and team couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

A Downtown Gem

Location and views made this apartment the downtown gem. Having the convenience of a market down on the bottom floor was perfect. Wi-Fi went out intermittently making working a little difficult, but would stay here again.

Great views and nice location. Watched the sunset from the couch. The only thing to be aware is that this place does not have AC, it is in the listing but wanted to note. We went in late September so we were good, left windows open and the unit had many fans for use. I would definitely stay again. Also check in was very easy. The front door people were so nice and helpful.

Vacation with my bestie

The photos in the listing were accurate. The apartment is tremendously spacious. The views are spectacular. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with equipment so we able to cook easily. Also, that sofa is ridiculously comfy for lounging. We really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location with everything you could need

Super clean and comfortable. Easy walking to convention center and light rail train. You don't need a car. Beautiful view. Enjoyed watching sunrise and sunset everyday.

Fantastic Experience!!

This property is amazing!!the views are absolutely breathtaking from the windows. It is better than the pictures! The location is wonderful!! Having a person at the front desk that manned the front entry doors made it a really safe place as well. The condo itself was very comfortable and had all the amenities you could want. Our overall experience was wonderful in every aspect!! Thank you for an incredible vacation!!!

The views!

This is fantastic condo for 4 people. 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room has the very best views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountain range, the market, and the cruise ships coming in and out. The Public Market is just a block down the street and the monorail is just a few blocks away. Great location, great views, great customer service. All around great place.

Great location and views!

The location and views of this property are the best! Everything is close, and walkable. The Target store was super convenient. The condo shows its age a little. A recessed light was hanging out of the ceiling, and the carpet shows some age, but was easy to overlook that for the other benefits. The rooftop deck was a bonus, offering great views. All staff in the building were friendly!

Awesome Location and View!

Location was amazing! 2 minute walk to Pike Place and beautiful view of the Puget Sound from the 24th floor. Very convenient to buy groceries being right over a Target. Bonus was the designated parking place included in the parking garage also directly below the condo. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the carpet had a few stains and it was not well lit but the location and view more than made up for that.

Great Value!

We loved the view!! Very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The free, under cover, designated parking spot was such a value!! The building is on top of a Target store! Doesn’t get any more convenient for picking up essentials…including a CVS Pharmacy!

Stunning View of Seattle Harbor

The condo has an exceptional view of the Seattle harbor. One block from Pike Place Market. Easy walking access to the Link Light Rail. 20 minute walk to Lumen Field for Seahawks game. No surprises as condo pictures accurately depict accommodations.
