Great property for being close to the Strand shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is well lit and kept up, and the architecture is coastal and gorgeous. Lots of history in the area and tons to see. Great spot for a small family. Don't come when it's too hot!

Everthing was fantastic, there were even a lot of extra things we could use at the beach in the pantry which was nice. I liked that I could wash a load of laundry and everything was spacious. There was a small deck upstairs and a nice deck in the backyard with chairs and an unbrella. This location is very close to the seawall which is a huge plus. My only concern was the air condition in the master bedroom, it was very hot even though it was on and adjusted to 61 which was the lowest it goes. It just was not blowing enough air, luckily the other 2 bedrooms and the rest of the house was very cold like we like it. I think that ac in that room needs to be looked at. It was a cute house and if that could be resloved we would definitely stay again.

A Great Adventure for the Family

My family really enjoyed our stay and the access to the beach and seawall... The communication with the host was quick and very responsive... We look forward to staying again...

Great time with family.

Very nice house in a great location to the Strand and restaurants on Columbus Ave. Perfect for riding bikes or walking anywhere near the Strand.

Nice Place in Galveston

You never know what you might get with a short term rental but this place in Galveston is great. Nice and clean with good WiFi. We would stay at this place again when we find ourselves in need of a place in Galveston. The location is very near the Strand and some great breakfast restaurants.

Great house, great location!

We really enjoyed this property. It was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults and a baby. It was ideally situated to walk to the cafe's and shops. The location was nice and quiet, despite being so close to everything! If we find ourselves back in Galveston, we would book this property again :)

Extremely comfortable and guest-oriented. Well worth the cost. Hotel style luggage racks w/b nice.

Entirely positive. Loved the location, too. We were there for a rehearsal dinner and wedding on the Strand and extremely convenient for that. Loved the neighborhood, too.

Great time in Galveston

This is our 2nd time staying in this home on Market Street- short walk to Sunshine Cafe (which is a fan favorite); beach chairs for our use; clean; lovely rooms. A hit.

Walking distance to the strand

We were surprised how close we were to everything on the strand. We walked each day, shopping and exploring the attractions. It was so nice to be right there but also have a comfy retreat to go home to.

Lovely, quiet place

Very nice cottage feel in this nostalgic community. Clean, organised, had everything we could have wanted. Loved the back porch, listening to birds, driking great coffee before sunrise, playing with grandson in safe place at sundown. Very good family memories made here .

There were a few hiccups, but all were immediately addressed by property manager. Would stay here again.

Peaceful neighborhood

A block walking distance to the Strand, a short drive to the Naval Museum and a semi descent run to the beach boardwalk. We cooked every night with everything needed to prep meals there. Was a good stay, liked sitting on the front porch during the rain storms passing by.

Everything was perfect

This house I beautifully decorated, comfortable and only a few blocks from the strand! It had everything we needed! The K and Q bed frames are bent and one downstairs window does not have lock latches. We hope to rent again!

Felt like home!

Great location and very comfortable home. We spent some rainy days inside and the smart TV, great Wi-Fi and board games kept us occupied, but when the weather lifted we had great walks along the street with beautiful historic homes. Easy access to the Strand, Pier 21 exhibits, but 18th will shoot you to the beach in no time flat.

Amazing home

Do not judge this home from the outside!! It is so roomy and comfortable. The rental company was super responsive with some concerns we had. We enjoyed our stay and home to return!!!!
