The house filled all of our family's needs: separate floor bedrooms; beach views from almost every bedroom; large kitchen and living area; game room; sunset patio; elevator for luggage; pool and hot tub; easy access to everything. Host was very attentive to our needs when the power went out and we needed to turn off the security alarm. All questions were promptly answered by the host. The house and host met our expectations.

Rooms where pretty clean needed swept under furniture bath rugs needed washed. Commode in one of the bathroom didn’t flush well had to keep pot to feel it with water to get level right. Light fixture over commode dripped water while storming. Several light bulbs were burned out one lamp didn’t work. Kitchen was great, anything wanted. Big variety of pots pan and electric cookware. One of the Dryers didn’t work property. Water hose on walkway stayed in all directions. The whole house was beautiful and well decorated with high end items. Beds were comfortable. Such a great selection of beach towels and toys. Perfect views of the ocean and beach

This beach house is 100% as nice as it appears in the photos. Tom was exceptionally helpful to us each step along the way. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing family beach vacation.
