The place is clean and cozy, with great skylights and views of the oceanfront. Modern and well-stocked kitchen, nice bathrooms with plenty of towels. And the best part - you can walk directly out to the beach through a private entrance!

This home was perfect for my family! Clean, cozy, adorable beach decor, and an easy walk from the back deck to an uncrowded beach. Nice outside rinse off and shower options to avoid bringing the sand inside. Owners quick to respond to my inquiries. Plenty of kitchen tools to cook and share family meals. Linens provided were an unexpected but appreciated convenience.I would definitely come back!

The kitchen was stocked with items needed for your stay. Would suggest guests bring their own foil, cling wrap, and baggies (if needed). These are rather costly items for the host to provide. I brought my own.Unfortunately I did find some pans and dishes that had not been cleaned properly by former guests. That was the only negative during our entire stay.

This house was perfect for our trip. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were board games to play with. It was beachfront which made things so much easier. The decor was so cute and the place was very clean!

Great beachfront house!

Perfect for our annual girls trip with family! House was so comfortable, clean and well stocked. Would go back anytime and highly recommend to friends. Perfect stay!

Great vacay spot

We really enjoyed our time here! House was just as described and had everything we needed! Being steps from the beach was exactly what we wanted! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

We spent 3 nights at Kolleen and Jason's foe our anniversary. The house was beautifully redone, clean, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect as were the views; just steps to the beach! Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Oceanfront Fun!

Our family enjoys a low-key oceanfront vacation relaxing to the sounds of the ocean, playing in the waves, catching fish, walking on the beach, and making memories. This home allowed us to do just that!

North Topsail Gem

Perfect home and location right on the beach! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and did I mention, it’s right on the beach! The hosts are so nice and easy to communicate with. This was our 3rd stay at this lovely home in the last 4 years so it feels like a home away from home! We hope to stay here again !

Perfect Beach House for a Family Vacation

We absolutely loved staying here - from booking, to check to check out, everything was simple and easy. The house was BEAUTIFUL! The views were amazing. There was everything we could have needed and more - the outside shower was a bonus for the kids after a day at the beach, the beds were extremely comfortable and the entire house was so clean. Best place we have stayed on the island and will be returning

We loved staying at this beautiful home again & have already reserved it for 2026. The view is exceptional, the bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, except we missed having a toaster. We enjoyed seeing dolphin out front & caught 8 nice whiting in the surf. A rainbow appeared during our stay and landed right on top of the house
