Newly renovated townhouse! 5 min drive to Wrightsville Beach, 5 min walk Airlie Gardens, 2 min walk to Wrightsville Beach Brewery, or a 15 min drive to downtown Wilmington.

* Primary bedroom first floor - King Bed

* Primary bedroom second floor - King Bed

* Primary bedroom second floor with ensuite bathroom - Queen Bed



Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to maximize your stay with homemade meals. Washer/Dryer on first floor for easy use. Courtyard is super private and perfect for morning coffee or afternoon/evening drinks. All linens provided including bath and beach towels.



Dogs are allowed with a 2 dog maximum and $200/pet fee applies. All unapproved pets will be subject to a $350 fine and possible ejection.



Guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve the home and will be required to upload a valid ID picture and complete a check in form prior to check in instructions being released.
