The shared pool is just a few houses down from our unit. A key fob is provided at the unit that will grant you access to the pool.

-New fridge, dishwasher & microwave

LIVING ROOM
The living room is a great place to relax and watch your favorite shows on the 65” smart tv with Hulu, Disney Plus & Netflix included. The living room is open to the kitchen, allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.

LAUNDRY
There is a full-size washer and dryer available for your convenience with laundry detergent provided.

MASTER BEDROOM
The spacious master bedroom has a premium memory foam king mattress and a 32" smart tv. Guests must log into their own streaming services on this tv.

GUEST BEDROOM
This guest bedroom has a premium queen memory foam mattress and desk space.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms; one off of the master bedroom and one next to the guest bedroom. All bathrooms have towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash provided.

PARKING
There are 2 free driveway parking spots for guests to use. Off street parking is not permitted.

SECURITY
For safety purposes, we have two actively recording cameras that record video and audio located on the EXTERIOR of the property.

We also use noise monitoring devices at the property; they do NOT record actual sounds or conversations, they simply monitor the noise level (measured in decibels).
