Renovated 2025! Bright & Airy Home, 50 Steps to Private Beach

Come enjoy our home & our pristine, uncrowded private community beach.
'Our Pleasure' is the name of our well-equipped and beautiful condominium. The duplex is spacious & bright and with its airy, yet cozy feel. This beach house will feel like home!
Our immaculately clean, 3-level duplex has 4 large bedrooms and is large enough for 2 families to easily share. The main floor has a full kitchen and a half bath. There is a large dining area and a larger more spacious living room area which is adjacent to the comfortable kitchen.

The 2 spacious master bedrooms on the 2nd floor have their own full baths. One has a king size bed and the other has a king (two twins pushed together) and a separate twin bed. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with a full bath between them. One 3rd floor bedroom has 3 twin beds and the other has 2 twin beds.

There are 2 decks on the main level, 1 deck off the front master bedroom and 1 deck off the rear 3rd-floor bedroom.
There's an outside shower & a separate foot wash. There's parking under the carport for 1 car and room in the paved driveway for 4 more cars. Please let me know if you’ll be needing to park more than 5 cars.

We have a highchair, a pack’n play & a baby gate for you to use for your little ones. Please make sure you clean & sanitize the baby equipment before & after use.

Our community, Tower Shores, is next to the Delaware State Park and Nature Preserve. Fishing is allowed on the State Park beach, so bring your poles!

There is always plenty of room on our beach to fly kites, throw a ball, play frisbee, horseshoes, or beach volleyball using our community net.
Umbrellas and canopies are allowed on the beach, but they are not allowed to remain on the beach overnight.

Matts Fish Camp, an award winning seafood restaurant/bar is at the other end of our street on Rte 1. It’s a short walk.
Biking is safe on the bike lanes throughout Bethany and the roads are flat!

Great stay

My family and I recently stayed at this property and we had a great time. The owner was accessible and responsive; she always answered my questions and was very pleasant. The condo is spacious and well-kept. The best part: it is very close to a private beach. The beach was beautiful and not crowded; access to the beach could not be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beach home

My family and I had an amazing time at the beach this year. Nancy is the best host ever and her home is roomy and immaculate. We cannot wait to rent this home again next year. 10/10 rating with no complaints whatsoever. Wonderful experience.

Perfect Location!

We celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday here. Great location, very close to the beach and plenty of room for all of us. We had an AWESOME time. Nancy is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend!

Owner and property were excellent

Both the owner and property were exceptional. We only were able to stay for a weekend this time but the owner made sure everything was ready to go so we could enjoy. She was available 24-7 for our stay and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was okay. The Duplex was stocked with lots of activities for kids including board games movies and toys. I would highly recommend this place for all sorts of occasions.

Great find close to beach with responsive owner

Place was super close to the beach (100 yard walk) and was perfect for a group of friends off-season weekend getaway. Owner Nancy was very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. Also, close to both Bethany and Dewey Beach towns (<10 mins by car) and within walking distance (100 yards in other direction) to Matt's Fish Camp, local legendary seafood restaurant (which had a takeout window). Place had plenty of room, lodging, and amenities. Overall, a very good experience.

Wondeful Clean Three Story Home

My sister and our respective families thoroughly enjoyed this spacious three story, bright home.Parking was easy with accomodations for up to five vehicles. The two zone AC units appeared brand new, immediately and efficiently clearing any humidity.The first flight of steps from the entry door to the open living/dining/kitchen/common area helped trap any extra sand not already removed by the outdoor foot wash or outdoor shower.The owner and/or family members were present next door during our stay. They are so nice, easygoing, accomodating and friendly.They are invested in making sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We highly recommend this wonderful get away find!

Relaxing Getaway

For the second year in a row, a group of my friends and I (all 30-ish professionals) enjoyed a long holiday weekend here. The house is less than half a block to the beach and stocked with beach chairs, so it was easy for any of us to wander over to the beach whenever we liked, alone or in groups, and it didn't have to be a big production. We enjoyed the beautiful weather on the house's four decks (some sunny, some shaded, some breezy, some on the lee side), as well as the easy access to the network of bike routes (half a block away) and the convenient-for-bikes storage room. The house is in a quiet area a couple miles north of the Bethany Beach town center---that was perfect for us, because we had a blast cooking and grilling at the house. Several members of our group never left the vicinity of the house & beach, nor did they want to. It was extremely low-key and relaxing, and I think we all got a chance to catch up on our reading. A typical day: coffee on the deck, biking in the morning, afternoon at the beach, cocktail hour, grilling dinner, then games and drinks on the decks. The house made it easy to do all of that! The seven of us fit comfortably into the 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and the house was clean and as advertised. I would say that the house actually feels more open and airy than the photos indicate---we got a great cross-breeze. Because the owner was very flexible with regard to check-in and check-out times, we were able to leave after the worst of the holiday beach traffic. All in all, we thought that the house worked very well for us, and we had a great time. Well enough that we came back for a second year! We highly recommend it!

Family Beach Vacation

We all had a very nice week at this beach house. At one point there were ten of us, we never felt crowded. There was plenty of space with all the bedrooms, bathrooms, family room and decks. The beach was a very short walk away. The owner was helpful with meeting our needs.

My family and I enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend at the beach. It went by all to quickly. We enjoyed our stay at this property and it accommodated my family of six perfectly. Nancy our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. She also would touch base to make sure all was good.

Very clean and a close walk to the beach

Excellent getaway to the beach!

The house was clean, cozy and inviting; plenty of room for two families of 4. The owner made herself available for any questions or concerns and promptly responded to text messages. We were a minute walk to the private beach which is kept very clean and was never crowded. Can't wait to come back!

Great house, Great Location, Great Owner.

The house was great, roomy, supplies and homey. Was right by the beach, just a few steps away. The owner was so helpful and amazing to deal with. Made my family feel so welcomed and at home. Will definitely rent again!!

Bethany Beach is family friendly and beautiful! My three children have grown up enjoying the beach and have wonderful beach memories. Our beach is not crowded and we are close enough to the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and Funland in Rehoboth.
