This custom home was built with attention to detail and comfort. Located across the street from the beautiful Bolinas estuary with easy access to the beach, this three bedroom home is all about casual elegance. High ceilings with skylights bring in the outside as you enjoy views of the wild marsh and the ridges of Mt. Tamalpais. Relax on the deck off the living room or dip into the hot tub which is surrounded by a patio that is perfect for both entertaining or quietly enjoying the private back yard. Sonos sound system. Gas Grill. No pets Allowed. Bed Configuration: 2 Queens, 2 Twins Bed Configuration: 2 Queen, 2 Twin

Beautiful house - very inspiring!

We booked this house for a board of directors working retreat and it was perfect for us - had everything we needed in a stunning location, and the views helped us to work even harder!

Relaxing at the beach

House was great. We were worried about dining options, but the two counter service restaurants are minutes away and are great. No need to leave the area to go eat. There are chairs you can take down to the beach, we enjoyed just sitting out there. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this house in Stinson. The views of the mountains was really nice, and it is just a few minutes walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!

One of Stinson’s nicest homes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at 1 Sonoma for a few days and loved everything about it. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, clean and comfy. Several outdoor gathering spots from balcony decks to conversation groupings in yard. And the best hot tub we’ve ever used.

Lovely Rental Experience

The house itself is wonderful - spacious and extremely well equipped, and easily handle the six guests we had at one point. Everything was in great working order. Highly recommended. Also, the hosts, Maria and Linda were so helpful, speedily communicative when required, and appropriately unobtrusive otherwise. We had a brilliant time!

Fabulous place and location

We arrived late and got into house house just as it was getting dark. The nearby cafes were wonderful. One bedroom was used one night. The other wasn’t used. No one wanted to join us. Their loss. We are glad we had it for 4 days. Heavenly. We wqnt to go next year.

Great House near Beach

Tons of beach towels, boogey boards, etc. The refrigerator was freezing everything and we didn't call the property managers. Upon leaving, they told we should have called immediately as they're there 24/7.

Beautiful Stinson Property

Our stay at this Stinson beach house was amazing! The property is in an incredible location and has great amenities like the hot tub. The house was very clean and in great condition when we checked in. Highly recommend!

Reviewer Comments: Great location, close to beach House was clean and well appointed Only complaints are that there are no screens on the doors and most windows, so you can’t enjoy the ocean breeze. Additionally, the septic system is directly next to hot tub and the aroma made sitting in the hot tub unpleasant. Overall, a great house — would definitely rent again.
