Pristine Modern Getaway

This carefully updated modern bungalow is perfect for a carefree Stinson getaway. With a sunny back yard, and a beautiful view of the ocean through a Eucalyptus grove, this simple property is fun and easy. The open floor plan for the living, dining and kitchen area gives a nice feeling of space, and the chic, modern furnishings are refreshing and comfortable. Lots of fun games and puzzles! The deck facing the ocean is directly above a five-acre monarch butterfly forest preserve, and during certain times of the year you will have colorful visitors flying by. This bungalow is pristine. Note: There is a steep stairway from the road down to the house. NO TV. Wood stove, central heating, Charcoal BBQ. Small dogs (under 30 pounds) allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 2 Queen Beds

Nice location in a neighborhood a few blocks up the hill from the beach and grocery store. The interior is light, airy, and clean. Appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog.

Very nice property with a beautiful view of a forest and the the ocean. Close to the beach and has a good kitchen. There is a steep climb up the stair to the street.

Great getaway flat a short walk to the beach

Amazing place to stay in Stinson. Not too far from the beach, you can hear the ocean from the balcony and inside. Great bathtub, good kitchen.

Nice place, walkable to beach and restaurants. Although the food wasn’t great. Best meal we ate was at Coast cafe Bolinas. Very good! House was well accommodated which was super nice. I do recommend an egg pan be added. Beautiful area and hikes were very nice.

Peaceful Perfection

The house is well-stocked, clean and very zen. It is located within walking distance of everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Peace and quiet

Overall, this property was a great location. Less than 8 minutes from downtown and 15 from the beach. My family loved the stay! Super clean! Very comfortable beds and sheets. Lots of high-end cooking wear and utencils. I gave this 4 stars because the washing machine, dishwasher and shower was not working.

Lovely Beach Rental

We enjoyed a lovely week in Stinson Beach. The location was excellent--close enough to walk to the beach or restaurants. The kitchen had plenty of items to make the stay comfortable. Outdoor spaces were lovely and we saw deer almost nightly walking through the backyard. Our only complaint is that the beds were fairly soft. Would definitely return.

This is easily one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. Beautiful little house and great decor. Easy walk to the beach and view of the surf from the deck. Lots of baby deer walking by just feet away. Beds were comfy and everything was well appointed and labeled as needed. Perfect for our family of four to spend some time together. Fun little extras everywhere. The check in was easy and we can't wait to return. We named the banana slug Jerry, so say hello when you see him!

There is plenty of outdoor space, and also comfortable and flowing indoor space. Deer and owl visitors an added bonus! There is a washer/dryer and outdoor charcoal grill for added convenience.

Tranquil 'Tree-house"

This is a beautiful house surrounded by trees. And if you open the window you can hear the waves. It is the rare property where the pictures don't do the place justice. It's better than it looks!
