This custom home was updated with attention to detail. Located close to town and just steps from the beach, this three bedroom home is all about enjoying time at the beach with friends and family. The house has multiple sleeping options, and the kitchen and bathrooms are completely refreshed. Drip coffee maker, and Kuerig if you want to bring pods! The primary bedroom has a private deck with a sweeping ocean view. Relax or play on the giant sunny stone paver patio. 2 Outdoor showers. Hot Tub. Gas Grill. Dogs considered with prior approval. Parking for 4 cars. Water toys include: 4 boogie boards, 1 soft top surfboard. Beach games. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Twin, 1 Twin trundle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time at this house over the New Year's holiday. It is a treat to be this close to town, it makes everything easier. The house is well stocked with games, books, kitchen essentials and beach gear. The hot tub and outdoor showers were great, and the upstairs bright and sunny. It was a very easy home to settle in to. I really enjoy working with Highway One Properties, I can always expect a certain level of quality and great service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really well situated house and everything was clean comfortable in working order. Rental company was great to work with and so close by. The only disappointment was they now have a nespresso coffee machine and left not a single pod. We arrived too late to purchase any for the next day which was a cold windy and rainy one. Had it been pictured I would have brought a few along. The rain also brought out the mosquitoes so we noticed most of the upstairs windows don't have screens.

We love the games and toys, boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, etc. etc. Thanks so much for adding a real bed to the upstairs back room. It's a very pleasant space. Outdoor showers and hot tub are wonderful. Kitchen well equiped but time to trade out of the non-stick wear as it is peeling.

The outdoor space is bigger than it looks in photos, and very warm with multiple heat lamps. We had dinner outside every night! The beach is steps away, and the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

Wonderful but let's get off the floor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a whole week with a gaggle of friends...mostly women over the age of 60. We played corn hole, ping pong and a bit of spike ball in the courtyard, made dinners, ate at restaurants, talked and talked and talked, and boogie boarded every day. We loved it! We love this house, we hope to come back.The only down side was the mattress on the floor in the second upstairs bedroom. People really don't want to have a special vacation in a really nice home like this and then have to sleep on the floor. It's too hard getting up in the middle of the night. Please put a queen size bed in this room.Stinson beach is definitely one of our happy places and we can't wait to return.The house is very clean and well appointed and we very much appreciate that.

Another week in Paradise!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many rentals throughout Stinson, over the years. 12 Padero is one that we come back to, it is so easy to live as a family in this beautiful home. Everything you need for the beach is accessible, chairs, boogie boards, games, and toys for the toddlers. Please note that there is no bathtub, but our toddler took a shower outside every night - she loves it! I must say the remodel upstairs fits the house so much better and that back little room is so private. It gets warm so bring a fan. Highway One is amazing, so professional and kind. Thank you for another great week at the beach!

Kitchen and dining area open to the huge patio--delightful!We're happy to hear the huge second bath and small 3rd bdrm are being renovated to become a large 3rd bdrm and smaller second bath.The whole house is well-appointed and was very clean. We loved it!And a delight, as always, to deal with Highway 1 Property.

We were a party of 7 (family of 4, couple, and solo traveler) and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. Everything you imagine you need for the beach is there (towels, chairs, boogie boards, games, sand toys for the littles). There is space for privacy (if needed) and amazing entertaining areas to gather/eat as a group. I think I used the inside shower twice - there is nothing like being outside! THANK YOU for a wonderful experience. I would go back in heartbeat!

A Lovely Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful house in the perfect location. Suitable for a family and a dog, and a few friends (when not in COVID times!). Close to the beach, walkable to town, it was a wonderful place to be with our kids over the holidays. Hot tub, ping pong are also available for at-home fun. We loved the house, how well laid-out and appointed it is, and how conducive to relaxation. Very homey and livable, very well-maintained.
