We received this very clean room, it had all the conditions to spend an excellent vacation. I recommend this space for other families who want to vacation in this beautiful place.

If you love the beach , this is the perfect location for you & your family , steps to the beach , close to restaurants , the kitchen is fully -equipped if you prefer cooking .The host was very nice, we definitely consider stay again next year

Wonderful Location!

Unbelievable view, great hot tub & pool, easy beach access, walking distance to restaurants. I would stay here again.

Check in was very smooth. The apartment is great and in a perfect beachfront location. The price for 7 days was fair. Communication with host was very good and everything went as expected.

Marco Island

Sea Winds was perfect, great location and proximity to the beach. Building staff awesome. Would definitely stay there again. Hope to come back next year.

Very Nice Stay

We had a very nice stay in the unit with a fabulous view. All the beach equipment was in the unit. We had a few minor issues but were quickly rectified with the property manager.

Good basic condo

Amazing location. Beachfront balcony is a must for us. This is a basic condo without any frills, which worked just fine for us. Note they do not have a table to dine at, if that matters to you. Didn't bother us at all. We really enjoyed being right on the beach in Marco.

Beach Beauty

Our VRBO was pretty close to as described. We had a couple snafus, but overall, they were quickly corrected. If you need a beach, this is a lovely place! With the bar & grill right next door, it was great. The traffic at this end of the island is light and within walking distance to several resteraunts. The beach though....it was all a person rally needed. Our host had a wonderful closet of beach going needs! We had a great stay!

the condo needs a lift needs renovation.the shades are very hard to open /close some shades falls down constainly. The kitchen doesn’t have large pans and no wine glasses plates and utensils are not good quality.One of the light in the kitchen doesn’t work is always flicking. The second bedroom pocket door is hard to open/ close . Master bedroom the bed is too big for the size of the room. No dinner table is provided in the unit you have to eat at the counter. No table to play Domino or Bingo or any type of game they only have a counter top. Only two car parking spot which it’s okay but they charge you 50 for each vehicle the condo doesn’t provide a space for the rental. The beach view is amazing beautiful . The internet it’s very slow it freezes a lot. Over all the unit 1603 needs an over all renovation.

Good afternoon Aleida and Oscar, We did hear from the Condo that you were upset you were charged for 2 vehicles. If you noted on our confirmation that during your time only 1 parking pass was to be allowed. Fortunately, the condo made an exception and allowed your 2nd vehicle. The pictures are accurate and show what furniture is in the living room. This condo was remodeled. We had a queen bed and due to requests we updated with a king bed which is now in the master bedroom. The internet is through the Condo Association. You are correct the views are amazing. We are sorry your stay was not what you were looking for.

Wonderful Paradise Beach Vacation!

This Condo was right on the Beach! It had a pool to use also. We loved the security of the building. The condo had a balcony that overlooked the beach. Just wonderful views! Saw Dolphins, Pelicans, birds, and the beach is so full of pretty shells! The bed was super comfortable! It was equipped with everything you could need to sit on the beach or by the pool. We will stay here again! Also located close to restaurants and stores. Very easy to get around! We recommend everyone to stay here!

Just Okay

Apartment was small, tidy and easy to keep clean. Great location right on beach. and beautiful view of sunset every night. We could see that much work has been done, but there’s still work needed, to warrant your “newly remodeled” caption. The living room furniture is tired and worn, seating sags and is uncomfortable. Primary bedroom furniture is so big, it takes up all the floor space and primary toilet/tub both need a facelift.

Beautiful sunsets and very nice condo.

Check-in lacked details about obtaining keys via a lock box and the location of the lock box. I was only provided with an address of a realtor office, which was closed. One of two elevators was not working so we waiting 30 minutes in a non-air conditioned hallway before we could enter the condo. Those are the only 2 negatives and we plan to return next year!

Great View but needs some attention

The view is fantastic and the location is perfect for beach lovers. The rental management employee were very responsive when we called them. The condo needs some maintenance and updating. The paint is peeling off the ceiling in the kitchen/LR area. Closet doors are off the hinges and need to be replaced. Balcony sliders need to be replaced. Both bathrooms need to be updated.

Overall good. But had 3 beach chairs and 1 was broken. There was 4 of us. Stuff in closets like a box fan that didn't work plus the box the fan came in also there were shade stripes in closet. Assuming these were extras for sliding glass door to deck. This left very little to no room for our suitcases. was like this in both bedrooms. We washed and put away all towels like we were told but this left nothing to use in the morning when we left.

Thank you for your note. There are typically 4 beach chairs supplied, we are truly sorry and had you called we would have provided the additional chairs. Guests do not alway report damage or missing chairs. We do ask that guests keep up with their laundry during your stay but this does not include the last days towels or linens as we expect you will be busy on departure day. Definitely not newly remodeled - needs attention.

Great views and location of this property. This condo needs attention, deep cleaning, maintenance and updating. The laundry door is off the hinges. Balcony screen door is laying on its side on the balcony. The dishwasher door is broken. Several cabinet doors have loose hinges. Bedding skirts on both twin beds and the master bed are ripped. Additional towel racks or hooks need to be installed in the bathrooms. Unit advertised to sleep 4 + 2 on the sofa pull-out. Yet, only has 3 barstools for seating. We had to add loose bolts laying on the floor to barstool chairs to use them. No table and chairs in the condo for dining. Advertises BBQ grill – there are no grills on the property. The rental management company was responsive when a plumber needed to be called to replace the leaking garbage disposal.

Yes, the group before you was a little rough on the unit and had broke some items. All of those have been repaired and replaced. It does sleep 6 people and unfortunately the bar is not big enough for 6 bar stools. The property does not allow grilling and I do not believe its advertised for that, but I will check and fix that. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention.

Staff was very friendly, place was decent, condo was nice but we noticed some things falling apart that could use updating and the big bed was not comfortable at all could use a new mattress saw several yellow stains. Not knowing about construction going to happen during our stay was an inconvenience to us! The Hot tub wasn’t even working half the time we were there, and pool closes at 9 they don’t allow long curfews which sucked due to all the money you pay to stay there! We loved being right on the ocean ,along with the amount of shells was fantastic and seeing the dolphins was a plus ! Overall I would give this place a 3.5 star rating .

The location and view were awesome. The condo was very clean . The only complaint was the beach gear needs to be replaced but other than that we had a great vacation

Awesome Gulf View Condo

Great location that is exactly as advertised. Awesome view from the nice large balcony. Everything you needed was provided including beach chairs, umbrella, and toys.
